【摘要】：分享經(jīng)濟作為一種新型經(jīng)濟模式,憑借其有效利用閑置資源、提高社會總效用的特點受到廣泛關(guān)注和支持,在多個領(lǐng)域迅速發(fā)展。但隨著規(guī)模的擴大,不少分享經(jīng)濟具體行業(yè)陷入發(fā)展困境。以共享單車行業(yè)為例,總結(jié)其發(fā)展面臨的主要問題,分析造成困境的主要原因,并由此從創(chuàng)新政府管理方式、加快相關(guān)行業(yè)協(xié)會建設(shè)、鼓勵針對閑置單車資源的共享使用模式創(chuàng)新、將"共享單車"納入城市交通體系綜合規(guī)劃和監(jiān)管等方面提出對策建議,為分享經(jīng)濟健康發(fā)展提供一定啟示。
[Abstract]:As a new economic model, sharing economy, with its characteristics of utilizing idle resources effectively and improving the total utility of society, has received extensive attention and support, and has developed rapidly in many fields. However, with the expansion of scale, many specific sectors of the sharing economy are in trouble. Taking the sharing bicycle industry as an example, this paper summarizes the main problems facing its development, analyzes the main causes of the difficulties, and thus speeds up the construction of the relevant trade associations from the innovation of the government management mode. This paper encourages the innovation of sharing and using mode of idle bicycle resources, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to bring "shared bicycle" into the comprehensive planning and supervision of urban traffic system, so as to provide some enlightenment for the healthy development of sharing economy.
