【摘要】:現(xiàn)代通信技術(shù)在世界范圍內(nèi)已經(jīng)經(jīng)過了百余年的發(fā)展歷程,從最初的專用設(shè)備到現(xiàn)在的全民普及,從老式的大型中轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)到現(xiàn)在的高精尖的設(shè)備,可以說通信設(shè)備的發(fā)展歷史就是人類文明社會(huì)發(fā)展歷史的縮影。伴隨著通信設(shè)備事業(yè)的發(fā)展,通信設(shè)備公司之間的競爭也從未停止過,其競爭的內(nèi)容和手段可以說是與時(shí)俱進(jìn)。特別是在通信需求猛增的近現(xiàn)代,在通信技術(shù)高速發(fā)展的世界范圍趨勢影響下,通信設(shè)備公司的發(fā)展可謂贏來了前所未有的機(jī)遇,同時(shí)也進(jìn)一步加劇了通信設(shè)備公司之間的競爭態(tài)勢,而并購就成為了通信設(shè)備公司競爭的新手段。也就是我們平時(shí)所說的市場規(guī)律中的“大魚吃小魚”。這樣的競爭造成了新的格局與新的通信服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)調(diào)整,設(shè)備公司之間的橫向并購可以說是現(xiàn)代通信也發(fā)展的一大特點(diǎn),其影響較為深遠(yuǎn),與我們每一個(gè)人的生活均息息相關(guān)。 跨國通訊設(shè)備公司之間的競爭早已不在局限于技術(shù)與價(jià)格戰(zhàn)的層面,雖然技術(shù)創(chuàng)新依舊是一張王牌,低廉的價(jià)格依舊是市場利器。資本力量的介入、上下游產(chǎn)業(yè)的相互影響、全球總體經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的走向,都成為通信設(shè)備公司競爭中的重要因素。本論文將通過典型案例分析、競爭理論分析等各方面,從幾個(gè)典型的角度出發(fā),來深入論述通信設(shè)備公司近年來愈加頻繁的并購現(xiàn)象,并揭示出這種現(xiàn)象所蘊(yùn)含的未來發(fā)展趨勢和對用戶的最終影響。
[Abstract]:Modern communication technology has gone through more than a hundred years of development in the world, from the original specialized equipment to the popularization of the whole people now, from the old-fashioned large-scale turnaround to the current sophisticated equipment. It can be said that the history of communication equipment development is the epitome of the history of human civilization. With the development of communication equipment industry, the competition among communication equipment companies has never stopped, the content and means of competition can be said to keep pace with the times. Especially under the influence of the rapid development of communication technology in the modern times and the rapid development of communications technology, the development of communication equipment companies has won unprecedented opportunities. At the same time, it also intensifies the competition situation among communication equipment companies, and M & A becomes a new means of communication equipment companies competition. That is, we usually say the market law of the "big fish eat small fish." This kind of competition has caused the new pattern and the new communication service industry adjustment, the horizontal merger and acquisition between the equipment companies can be said to be a major characteristic of the development of modern communication, its influence is more far-reaching, and it is closely related to the life of every one of us. The competition among multinational communication equipment companies is no longer confined to the level of technology and price war, although technological innovation is still a trump card, low price is still a market weapon. The intervention of capital forces, the mutual influence of upstream and downstream industries, and the trend of global economic environment all become important factors in the competition of communication equipment companies. In this paper, through the typical case analysis, competition theory analysis and other aspects, from several typical points of view, to discuss the communication equipment companies in recent years more frequent M & A phenomenon. And reveal the future trend of this phenomenon and the ultimate impact on users.
