【摘要】：正在網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息環(huán)境中,匿名制釀成的網(wǎng)絡(luò)謾罵、網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言、網(wǎng)絡(luò)欺詐和人身攻擊,造成無數(shù)媒體傷害,公共利益和公民權(quán)利屢受其戮�，F(xiàn)在不是討論要不要網(wǎng)絡(luò)實名制的問題,而是商討在具備條件的網(wǎng)絡(luò)領(lǐng)域如何強制推行實名制,切實保護公民的正當(dāng)言論自由�，F(xiàn)在也不是什么人愿意不愿意實行
[Abstract]:In the network information environment, anonymous system of network abuse, network rumors, network fraud and personal attacks, resulting in numerous media harm, public interest and civil rights are repeatedly destroyed. It is not a question of whether we should have a real name system on the Internet, but rather how to enforce the real name system in the qualified network field to protect citizens' legitimate freedom of speech. And it's not whether anyone is willing to do it right now.
