【摘要】："智慧城市"對城市產(chǎn)生多方面的社會影響。"智慧城市"的發(fā)展有利于張揚綠色消費模式、滿足居民安全需求、提高閑暇生活質(zhì)量、拓展人際交往空間和擴大居民社會參與。同時,"智慧城市"的建設有利于促進社會家庭結(jié)構(gòu)的多元化、推動社會階層結(jié)構(gòu)的中產(chǎn)化、實現(xiàn)社會組織結(jié)構(gòu)的扁平化、促進城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展與區(qū)域發(fā)展一體化和推動社會消費結(jié)構(gòu)的高度化。為促進智慧城市的發(fā)展,必須加強組織領導,升級"智慧城市"基礎設施,推動"智慧城市"的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,加大對智慧城市的投入力度,著力推進技術創(chuàng)新工作,培養(yǎng)智慧人才,營造"智慧城市"發(fā)展的良好氛圍。
