神州數(shù)碼智慧城市發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:隨著全球物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、云計算以及新一代移動寬帶網(wǎng)絡等新一輪信息技術迅速發(fā)展和深入應用,信息化發(fā)展正醞釀著重大變革和新的突破,向更高階段的智慧化發(fā)展已經成為必然趨勢。2012年12月住建部正式發(fā)布了《關于開展國家智慧城市試點工作的通知》和《國家智慧城市(區(qū)、鎮(zhèn))試點指標體系》,開始推動國家級智慧城市的試點申報工作。智慧城市試點是推進智慧城市發(fā)展的一項重大舉措,國家高層開始正式表明對于智慧城市建設的態(tài)度,并采取實際措施進行推動。國家層面對智慧城市建設的高度重視,將成為我國智慧城市發(fā)展的新動力,,會刺激更多的城市投入到智慧城市建設熱潮中來。我國的智慧城市試點工作已經正式啟動,預計將在約500個城市建設智慧城市,各種數(shù)據(jù)中心、網(wǎng)絡、服務器、安全等硬件設備以及咨詢、設計、服務、集成等軟件投資規(guī)模巨大,預計總投資規(guī)模將達2萬億,必將會帶來新一輪產業(yè)機會。 作為中國最大的IT整合服務提供商,神州數(shù)碼源自聯(lián)想集團,參與建設并見證了中國信息化的整個過程。神州數(shù)碼的發(fā)展歷程就是中國IT服務發(fā)展史的縮影。神州數(shù)碼經過十年的發(fā)展,蓄積了強大的勢能,在IT分銷、系統(tǒng)集成以及IT服務等方面已經穩(wěn)穩(wěn)占據(jù)第一位置。面對今天城市化與信息化融合的新趨勢以及傳統(tǒng)IT分銷業(yè)務的競爭壓力,神州數(shù)碼進入了以融合服務為中心的“三五”發(fā)展階段,于2010年發(fā)布進軍“智慧城市”業(yè)務,藉此戰(zhàn)略實現(xiàn)新的跨越。機遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存,神州數(shù)碼如何研究制定智慧城市業(yè)務的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,如何保證戰(zhàn)略順利實施貫徹,這對智慧城市業(yè)務能否取得成功至關重要。 本文綜合運用MBA課程中學習到的管理理論知識,使用戰(zhàn)略管理理論和SWOT、波特五力模型、競爭集團等多種戰(zhàn)略分析工具,理論聯(lián)系實際,全面剖析了智慧城市業(yè)務所處宏觀環(huán)境、IT產業(yè)趨勢、競爭環(huán)境和公司的內部環(huán)境,找到企業(yè)經營管理工作存在的主要問題,進而明確定位愿景,選擇適合公司智慧城市業(yè)務的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,制定戰(zhàn)略實施步驟和措施,以期對集團智慧城市業(yè)務核心競爭力的培育和提高起到一定的指導作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development and deep application of information technology, such as the global Internet of things, cloud computing and a new generation of mobile broadband networks, the development of information technology is brewing major changes and new breakthroughs. In December 2012, the Ministry of Housing and Construction officially issued the Circular on the pilot work of National Wisdom cities and the National Wisdom cities (districts). Town) pilot index system ", began to promote the pilot application of state-level wisdom city." The pilot of Wisdom City is an important measure to promote the development of the Wisdom City. The high level of the country has begun to formally express their attitude towards the construction of the Wisdom City and take practical measures to promote it. The pilot work on smart cities in China has been officially launched. It is expected to build smart cities, various data centers, networks, servers, security and other hardware devices, as well as consulting, design, and services in about 500 cities. Integration and other software investment scale is huge, the total investment scale is expected to reach 2 trillion, will inevitably bring a new round of industrial opportunities. As China's largest IT integration service provider, Shenzhou Digital originated from Lenovo Group to participate in the construction and witnessed the entire process of China's informatization. China's digital development is the epitome of the history of China's IT services development. After a decade of development, China Digital has accumulated powerful potential energy, and has taken the first place in IT distribution, system integration and IT services. Facing the new trend of urbanization and information integration and the competitive pressure of traditional IT distribution business, Shenzhou Digital has entered the "third five" development stage, which is centered on integration services, and launched into "Wisdom City" business in 2010. This strategy leads to new leaps and bounds. Opportunities and challenges coexist. How to study and formulate the development strategy of intelligent city business and how to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy are of great importance to the success of smart city business. This article synthetically uses the management theory knowledge learned in the MBA course, uses the strategic management theory and the SWOT, Porter five-force model, the competition group and so on many kinds of strategic analysis tools, the theory unifies the practice. This paper comprehensively analyzes the macro environment in which the business of Wisdom City is located and the trend of IT industry, the competitive environment and the internal environment of the company, finds out the main problems existing in the management and management of the enterprise, and then defines the orientation and vision. Choosing the development strategy suitable for the company's intelligent city business and formulating the implementation steps and measures of the strategy are expected to play a certain guiding role in cultivating and improving the core competitiveness of the group's intelligent city business.
