【摘要】：信息技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展，使得軟件企業(yè)之間的合作更加緊密，眾多軟件企業(yè)打破地理空間的限制，，在虛擬空間上聚集成的具有競爭優(yōu)勢的資源密集型網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織——軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)虛擬集群（Software Industrial VirtualCluster，SIVC）。市場競爭日趨激烈，軟件企業(yè)僅僅依靠自己的研發(fā)力量已經(jīng)很難適應(yīng)消費(fèi)者快速變化的需求，建立軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)虛擬集群，不僅可以分擔(dān)成本、分散風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，還可以通過資源共享來促進(jìn)集群內(nèi)資源的流動(dòng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ)，提高自身的能力，所以建立一套合理的資源共享機(jī)制既可以保障資源共享順利進(jìn)行，還可以提升軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)虛擬集群的競爭力。 首先，闡述了軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)虛擬集群資源共享的內(nèi)涵及要素，其中對資源共享要素的分析是設(shè)計(jì)資源共享機(jī)制的前提，軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)虛擬集群資源共享的要素包括主體、客體以及環(huán)境因素等；其次，分析了軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)虛擬集群資源共享的過程，在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)了一套資源共享機(jī)制，包括資源獲取機(jī)制、資源整合機(jī)制、資源創(chuàng)新機(jī)制，從整體上保障軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)虛擬集群成員之間資源共享的有效進(jìn)行；最后，選取上海軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)虛擬集群進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究，提出上海軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)虛擬集群的資源共享的策略。資源共享是軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)虛擬集群的核心內(nèi)容之一，有利于發(fā)掘SIVC的競爭優(yōu)勢，激發(fā)集群的發(fā)展?jié)摿�，有利于集群保持長久的競爭優(yōu)勢。 通過對軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)集群資源共享機(jī)制的分析與構(gòu)建，一方面得出適合軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)虛擬集群資源共享的方法，深化資源共享機(jī)制的理論研究，從而找出發(fā)展軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)虛擬集群資源共享的新思路；另一方面，通過對軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)虛擬集群資源共享機(jī)制的研究，有利于認(rèn)清軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)虛擬集群資源共享的現(xiàn)狀，對促進(jìn)軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)虛擬集群健康發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology and network technology, the cooperation between software enterprises is closer, and many software enterprises break the limitation of geographical space. Software Industry Virtual Cluster (Software Industrial VirtualCluster,SIVC), a resource intensive network organization with competitive advantage, gathered in virtual space. The market competition is becoming more and more fierce, software enterprises only rely on their own R & D power has been difficult to adapt to the rapidly changing needs of consumers, the establishment of software industry virtual cluster, not only can share the costs, spread the risk. It can also promote the flow of resources in the cluster through resource sharing, realize the complementary advantages and improve its own ability, so establishing a set of reasonable resource sharing mechanism can ensure the smooth progress of resource sharing. It can also enhance the competitiveness of software industry virtual clusters. Firstly, the connotation and elements of resource sharing in virtual cluster of software industry are expounded. The analysis of resource sharing elements is the premise of designing resource sharing mechanism, and the elements of resource sharing in virtual cluster of software industry include the main body. Secondly, the paper analyzes the process of resource sharing in software industry virtual cluster, and designs a set of resource sharing mechanism, including resource acquisition mechanism, resource integration mechanism, resource innovation mechanism, etc. As a whole, it can ensure the effective resource sharing among the members of the virtual cluster of software industry. Finally, the paper selects the virtual cluster of software industry in Shanghai to carry out empirical research, and puts forward the strategy of resource sharing in the virtual cluster of software industry in Shanghai. Resource sharing is one of the core contents of virtual cluster in software industry, which is helpful to explore the competitive advantage of SIVC, stimulate the development potential of cluster and maintain the long-term competitive advantage of cluster. Based on the analysis and construction of resource sharing mechanism of software industry cluster, on the one hand, the method suitable for software industry virtual cluster resource sharing is obtained, and the theoretical research of resource sharing mechanism is deepened. On the other hand, through the research of resource sharing mechanism of software industry virtual cluster, it is helpful to recognize the present situation of software industry virtual cluster resource sharing. To promote the software industry virtual cluster healthy development to provide a reference.
