【摘要】：隨著“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”時(shí)代的到來,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療企業(yè)依托承載于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的各類信息系統(tǒng)為老百姓提供醫(yī)療服務(wù),互聯(lián)網(wǎng)像一把“雙刃劍”,在使病人就診變得效率和便利的同時(shí),也帶了巨大的安全隱患,如何通過在企業(yè)中建立信息安全體系去降低安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn),讓信息系統(tǒng)能夠安全的對(duì)外提供服務(wù)已成為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)亟待解決的難題。面對(duì)復(fù)雜的安全需求,思考互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療企業(yè)的信息安全管理模式,去建立一個(gè)擴(kuò)展性高、覆蓋全面且易于落地的信息安全體系是本文撰寫的初衷。筆者從互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療企業(yè)所面臨的安全需求背景入手,結(jié)合其特有的行業(yè)特點(diǎn),對(duì)企業(yè)信息安全現(xiàn)狀及其面臨的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和現(xiàn)實(shí)安全建設(shè)工作中存在的問題進(jìn)行了深入的分析,依據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)及國(guó)際公認(rèn)的安全管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和模型,基于各最佳安全實(shí)踐,對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療行業(yè)的信息安全體系進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)其中的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn):安全組織、安全運(yùn)營(yíng)和安全技術(shù)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)說明。同時(shí),為安全體系的落地制定了建設(shè)流程,最后就企業(yè)為達(dá)到安全目標(biāo)所建設(shè)該安全體系的收益進(jìn)行了分析和評(píng)估。企業(yè)實(shí)施建設(shè)該套體系后,流程化的安全管理實(shí)現(xiàn)了信息安全常態(tài)化,能夠不斷根據(jù)需求進(jìn)行改進(jìn),安全技術(shù)上則實(shí)現(xiàn)了安全縱深防御體系,使企業(yè)安全機(jī)制更合理有效,由此可見,筆者設(shè)計(jì)的信息安全體系是有效和科學(xué)的,能夠滿足互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療企業(yè)的安全發(fā)展,體現(xiàn)了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)安全特點(diǎn),對(duì)其他互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)也極具參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the "Internet" era, Internet medical enterprises provide medical services to the common people on the basis of various information systems loaded on the Internet. The Internet, like a "double-edged sword", makes patients' visits more efficient and convenient at the same time. With the huge security hidden trouble, how to establish the information security system to reduce the security risk and make the information system to provide services to the outside security has become a difficult problem for Internet enterprises to solve. In the face of complex security requirements, it is the original intention of this paper to think about the information security management model of Internet medical enterprises and to establish an information security system with high expansibility, comprehensive coverage and easy landing. Starting from the background of the security requirements faced by the Internet medical enterprises and combining their unique industry characteristics, the author makes a deep analysis of the present situation of information security in enterprises, the security risks they face and the problems existing in the practical security construction work. According to the national and international recognized safety management standards and models, and based on the best security practices, the information security system of the Internet medical industry is designed, and the key points are: security organization, Safety operation and safety technology are described in detail. At the same time, the construction process is made for the landing of the security system. Finally, the benefit of the safety system is analyzed and evaluated. After the enterprise implements the construction of the system, the process of security management realizes the normalization of information security, it can be improved continuously according to the demand, and the security technology realizes the security deep defense system, which makes the enterprise security mechanism more reasonable and effective. From this we can see that the information security system designed by the author is effective and scientific, which can meet the security development of Internet medical enterprises and reflect the characteristics of Internet security. It is also of great reference value to other Internet enterprises.
