【摘要】：本文主要針對(duì)新疆移動(dòng)GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)擴(kuò)容工程財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行研究。 首先,介紹了本文研究的背景和意義,同時(shí)指出了新疆移動(dòng)GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)擴(kuò)容工程財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)中存在的一些問(wèn)題。 在第二章中集中介紹了建設(shè)項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)的理論和方法,同時(shí)結(jié)合新疆移動(dòng)的實(shí)際情況分析了新疆移動(dòng)GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)擴(kuò)容工程財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)的理論和方法。 在第三章到第五章采用案例分析的方法從理論和實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的角度詳細(xì)介紹了新疆移動(dòng)GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)20期擴(kuò)容工程的財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià),在財(cái)務(wù)綜合評(píng)價(jià)中,采用多種方法計(jì)算了新疆移動(dòng)的資金成本,確定了項(xiàng)目的基準(zhǔn)收益率,解決了本文提出的財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)基準(zhǔn)值不符合新疆移動(dòng)實(shí)際情況的問(wèn)題；運(yùn)用有無(wú)對(duì)比法、收入分?jǐn)偡ǖ冉鉀Q了本文提出的項(xiàng)目再分配收入計(jì)算不準(zhǔn)確的問(wèn)題；采用三種方法對(duì)項(xiàng)目的兩個(gè)方案進(jìn)行了對(duì)比和分析,給決策者提供了強(qiáng)有力的決策依據(jù)；采用概率樹(shù)方法分析了項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)凈現(xiàn)值存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),同時(shí)提出了應(yīng)對(duì)方案。 最后,我們建議將項(xiàng)目的財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)與項(xiàng)目后評(píng)估結(jié)合起來(lái)進(jìn)行分析,以更進(jìn)一步提升項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)的科學(xué)性和準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly focuses on the financial evaluation of Xinjiang Mobile GSM Network expansion Project. Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of this study, and points out some problems in the financial evaluation of Xinjiang Mobile GSM network expansion project. In the second chapter, the theory and method of financial evaluation of construction project are introduced. At the same time, the theory and method of financial evaluation of GSM network expansion project of Xinjiang Mobile are analyzed according to the actual situation of Xinjiang Mobile. In the third to fifth chapters, the paper introduces the financial evaluation of Xinjiang Mobile GSM Network expansion Project in detail from the angle of combining theory and practice by using the method of case analysis. This paper calculates the capital cost of Xinjiang Mobile by various methods, determines the project's benchmark rate of return, and solves the problem that the financial evaluation index's benchmark value does not accord with the actual situation of Xinjiang Mobile. The method of income allocation solves the problem of inaccurate calculation of project redistribution income, compares and analyzes the two schemes of the project by using three methods, and provides a strong basis for decision making. The probabilistic tree method is used to analyze the risk of project financial net present value (NPV), and the corresponding scheme is put forward. Finally, we propose to combine the financial evaluation of the project with the post-project evaluation to further improve the scientific and accuracy of the financial evaluation of the project.
