【摘要】：本文對"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)與反壟斷政策研討會"的主要觀點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了綜述,涉及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)的商業(yè)模式與競爭態(tài)勢、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)反壟斷案的相關(guān)市場界定問題、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)反壟斷案的企業(yè)濫用市場支配地位行為等,重點(diǎn)對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)特征、商業(yè)模式、假定壟斷者測試的適用性、市場支配地位的認(rèn)定和濫用行為的反壟斷政策等問題展開研討。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes the main viewpoints of the Symposium on Internet Economics and Anti-monopoly Policy, including the business model and competition situation of Internet enterprises, the market definition of Internet antitrust cases. Corporate abuse of dominant market position in Internet antitrust cases focuses on the technical and economic characteristics of the Internet, business models, and supposing the suitability of the monopolist test, The determination of market dominant position and abuse of anti-monopoly policy and other issues are discussed.
