【摘要】：作為一種新的產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域和經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài),共享經(jīng)濟(jì)的運(yùn)行和發(fā)展正在日益引起人們的關(guān)注。各地政府也在積極推進(jìn)這一導(dǎo)向的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,并制訂了一系列的相關(guān)政策。這些政策的制訂需要應(yīng)對(duì)共享經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題,包括利益協(xié)調(diào)、平臺(tái)建設(shè)、技術(shù)條件的完善、創(chuàng)新激勵(lì)以及公共服務(wù)的匹配等要點(diǎn)。杭州市政府在推動(dòng)共享經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展與運(yùn)行方面進(jìn)行了有益的實(shí)踐探索,提供了一些可資借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本文結(jié)合這些經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)共享經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的一些關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題展開(kāi)討論,為共享經(jīng)濟(jì)的有序發(fā)展提出了一些政策建議。
[Abstract]:As a new industrial field and economic form, the operation and development of shared economy are attracting more and more attention. Local governments are also actively promoting this-oriented economic development, and formulated a series of related policies. These policies need to deal with the key issues in the development of the shared economy, including coordination of interests, platform building, improvement of technical conditions, innovation incentives and matching of public services. The Hangzhou municipal government has carried on the beneficial practice exploration in the aspect of promoting the development and operation of the sharing economy, and has provided some useful experience for reference. Based on these experiences, this paper discusses some key problems in the development of shared economy, and puts forward some policy suggestions for the orderly development of shared economy.
