NE公司敏捷開發(fā)流程管理優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of software industry, the demand of software market is expanding, which makes the international competitiveness of some software development enterprises decline. In order to adapt to the rapidly changing market demand, more and more software development enterprises use agile software development model. Therefore, how to use agile software development model flexibly and efficiently has become a hot issue in the industry. Aiming at the current situation of scrum agile software development in NE Company, this paper analyzes the problems in using scrum agile software development model, determines the key elements of the problem and evaluates the problem elements, and puts forward the optimization scheme according to the evaluation results. The main research contents are as follows: (1) the current situation of scrum agile software development in NE Company. In order to fully understand the problems in the development of scrum agile software in NE Company, three rounds of expert questionnaires were conducted with Delphi questionnaire method. When the results of the questionnaire tend to be stable, five major 14 problems are summed up. (2) the core elements of scrum agile software development process in NE company are identified. The weight of 14 problem elements is analyzed by AHP, and the weight table of the problem elements is obtained and the factors of each problem are evaluated. It points out the missing and redundant links in the development of scrum agile software in NE Company. (3) the process management optimization of scrum agile software development in NE Company. Based on the core idea of scrum agile software development, eight optimization principles are put forward, under the guidance of which, the optimization is carried out horizontally and vertically. At the same time, the Agile Committee and process improvement team are introduced to improve all aspects of scrum Agile Software Development process horizontally. Four optimized lines are summarized in the longitudinal optimization. Finally, the guarantee measures of the optimization scheme are put forward.
