【摘要】：近些年軟件行業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展,軟件市場(chǎng)需求不斷擴(kuò)大,這使得一些軟件開(kāi)發(fā)企業(yè)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不斷下降。為了適應(yīng)快速變化的市場(chǎng)需求,越來(lái)越多的軟件開(kāi)發(fā)企業(yè)使用敏捷軟件開(kāi)發(fā)模式。因此,如何靈活高效的使用敏捷軟件開(kāi)發(fā)模式成為業(yè)內(nèi)的研究熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。論文針對(duì)NE公司Scrum敏捷軟件開(kāi)發(fā)現(xiàn)狀,分析其在使用Scrum敏捷軟件開(kāi)發(fā)模式中的問(wèn)題,確定問(wèn)題要素并對(duì)問(wèn)題要素進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果提出優(yōu)化方案。主要的研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)NE公司Scrum敏捷軟件開(kāi)發(fā)現(xiàn)狀分析。為了全面了解NE公司Scrum敏捷軟件開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中的問(wèn)題,使用Delphi問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法進(jìn)行了3輪專(zhuān)家問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,當(dāng)問(wèn)卷結(jié)果趨于穩(wěn)定后歸納總結(jié)出5大方面14個(gè)問(wèn)題。(2)NE公司Scrum敏捷軟件開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程核心要素識(shí)別。采用層次分析法(AHP)對(duì)14個(gè)問(wèn)題要素進(jìn)行權(quán)重分析,得到問(wèn)題要素的權(quán)重表并對(duì)各問(wèn)題要素進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),指出NE公司Scrum敏捷軟件開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中缺失和冗余的環(huán)節(jié)。(3)NE公司Scrum敏捷軟件開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程管理優(yōu)化。結(jié)合Scrum敏捷軟件開(kāi)發(fā)的核心思想提出8項(xiàng)優(yōu)化原則,在此原則指導(dǎo)下分別從橫向和縱向進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。在橫向上完善Scrum敏捷軟件開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)并引入了敏捷委員會(huì)和流程改進(jìn)小組。在縱向上總結(jié)出四條優(yōu)化線路分別進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。最后提出優(yōu)化方案的保障措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of software industry, the demand of software market is expanding, which makes the international competitiveness of some software development enterprises decline. In order to adapt to the rapidly changing market demand, more and more software development enterprises use agile software development model. Therefore, how to use agile software development model flexibly and efficiently has become a hot issue in the industry. Aiming at the current situation of scrum agile software development in NE Company, this paper analyzes the problems in using scrum agile software development model, determines the key elements of the problem and evaluates the problem elements, and puts forward the optimization scheme according to the evaluation results. The main research contents are as follows: (1) the current situation of scrum agile software development in NE Company. In order to fully understand the problems in the development of scrum agile software in NE Company, three rounds of expert questionnaires were conducted with Delphi questionnaire method. When the results of the questionnaire tend to be stable, five major 14 problems are summed up. (2) the core elements of scrum agile software development process in NE company are identified. The weight of 14 problem elements is analyzed by AHP, and the weight table of the problem elements is obtained and the factors of each problem are evaluated. It points out the missing and redundant links in the development of scrum agile software in NE Company. (3) the process management optimization of scrum agile software development in NE Company. Based on the core idea of scrum agile software development, eight optimization principles are put forward, under the guidance of which, the optimization is carried out horizontally and vertically. At the same time, the Agile Committee and process improvement team are introduced to improve all aspects of scrum Agile Software Development process horizontally. Four optimized lines are summarized in the longitudinal optimization. Finally, the guarantee measures of the optimization scheme are put forward.
