【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展步伐的不斷加快,政府采取了一系列措施對(duì)發(fā)展體制進(jìn)行調(diào)整和完善,全面營(yíng)改增是當(dāng)前財(cái)稅體制改革的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容,現(xiàn)階段已經(jīng)在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)全面推行,并取得了一定成績(jī)。全面營(yíng)改增,從宏觀角度出發(fā)可以促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化與升級(jí),從微觀角度出發(fā)可以促進(jìn)企業(yè)發(fā)展。以QS互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司為例,對(duì)全面營(yíng)改增在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)產(chǎn)生的影響進(jìn)行了討論,深入分析了全面營(yíng)改增對(duì)中小互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)的影響,并提出了一些建議,以期中小互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)能夠在全面營(yíng)改增的大環(huán)境下穩(wěn)健發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid pace of the development of the market economy in China, the government has adopted a series of measures to adjust and improve the development system. The reform of the comprehensive camp is an important part of the reform of the current fiscal and tax system. The current stage has been carried out all over the country and achieved certain achievements. To promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, we can promote the development of enterprises from a micro perspective. Taking the QS Internet Co as an example, this paper discusses the impact of the total increase in the Internet industry, and analyzes the influence of the comprehensive camp on the small and medium Internet enterprises, and puts forward some suggestions for the medium and small Internet enterprises to be able to do so. Steady development under the large environment that has been improved in the overall camp.
