【摘要】：劃小經(jīng)營單元是以更多的小單位為管理對象,核算其投入和產(chǎn)出,并根據(jù)產(chǎn)出效益進(jìn)行利益分配。A電信企業(yè)借鑒外部成功經(jīng)驗,結(jié)合企業(yè)自身情況,探索出"劃好責(zé)任田、選好責(zé)任人、建好責(zé)任制、做好服務(wù)支撐"的劃小經(jīng)營單元推進(jìn)模式。
