【摘要】：科技型小微企業(yè)以高新技術產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)和銷售為主要業(yè)務，是最具活力和發(fā)展前景的小微企業(yè)�？萍夹托∥⑵髽I(yè)在快速發(fā)展的同時也存在許多問題，如何使其在激烈的市場競爭和多變的環(huán)境下不斷成長，已成為企業(yè)家關注的焦點。青島麥普吉公司就是目前眾多科技型小微企業(yè)中的一員，經(jīng)過15年的積累，公司取得了良好的業(yè)績，在青島市乃至山東省地理信息行業(yè)都有著不錯的口碑。但是隨著地理信息知識及技術的普及和推廣，麥普吉公司遇到了市場環(huán)境、人力資源、技術資源、社會資源等方面的挑戰(zhàn)，如何應對目前的挑戰(zhàn)，如何在競爭中占據(jù)市場的制高點，已成為阻礙公司謀求生存和發(fā)展的重大難題。公司的經(jīng)營越來越需要有一個長期的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃，從而實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的長期、穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展。 本文以青島麥普吉公司為研究對象，遵循“戰(zhàn)略分析—戰(zhàn)略制定—戰(zhàn)略實施”的研究范式，根據(jù)“立足現(xiàn)實找出問題—深入分析剖析問題—運用工具解決問題”的思路，在對公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析的基礎上，，制定了“一個基礎（計算機制圖）、兩個核心（數(shù)據(jù)處理和軟件開發(fā)）、三個保障（品牌、資金、渠道）、文化支撐、多點開花”的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，創(chuàng)新性地提出“拳擊手理論”，將公司戰(zhàn)略實施過程劃分為“健身”、“強身”、“贏得冠軍”三個階段，從完善人力資源管理體系、融合企業(yè)文化與企業(yè)管理、創(chuàng)建學習型企業(yè)三個方面提出了促進麥普吉公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略得以順暢實施的保障措施。希望通過本文的研究能使麥普吉公司發(fā)展立足山東面朝全國，早日成為山東省乃至全國知名的地理信息企業(yè)。
[Abstract]:Science and technology-based micro-enterprises are the most dynamic and promising micro-enterprises with high-tech products research and development, production and sales as the main business. There are many problems in the rapid development of science and technology small and micro enterprises. How to make them grow in the fierce market competition and changeable environment has become the focus of attention of entrepreneurs. Qingdao Mapuji Company is a member of many small science and technology enterprises, after 15 years of accumulation, the company has achieved good results, in Qingdao and even Shandong Province geographical information industry has a good reputation. However, with the popularization and popularization of geographic information knowledge and technology, McPhuket has encountered challenges in the aspects of market environment, human resources, technical resources, social resources, etc., and how to cope with the current challenges. How to occupy the commanding point of the market in the competition has become a major problem hindering the survival and development of the company. The management of the company needs a long-term strategic plan to realize the long-term and stable development of the enterprise. This paper takes Qingdao Mapuji Company as the research object, follows the research paradigm of "strategic analysis-strategy formulation-strategy implementation", according to the idea of "find out the problem based on reality, deeply analyze the problem-use the tool to solve the problem". Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of the company, the development strategy of "one foundation (computer graphics), two cores (data processing and software development), three guarantees (brand, fund, channel), cultural support, multi-point blooming" has been formulated. Innovatively put forward "boxer theory", divide the implementation process of company strategy into three stages: "fitness", "strengthening body", "winning champion", from perfecting human resource management system, merging enterprise culture and enterprise management. Three aspects of establishing a learning enterprise are put forward to promote the smooth implementation of the development strategy of McPhuket Company. It is hoped that the research in this paper will enable the company to establish itself in Shandong and become a famous geographical information enterprise in Shandong province and even in the whole country as soon as possible.
