【摘要】：隨著近年來信息和通信技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、電子商務(wù)、移動通信等日益改變著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的發(fā)展方向和人們的生活方式。面對金融危機(jī)后經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇乏力的局面,美國、歐洲、日本等主要經(jīng)濟(jì)體紛紛將數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)視為實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇和持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵依托,各自出臺了國家層面的數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。主要對數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展趨勢和各國數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了述評,提出發(fā)展數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)能夠促進(jìn)各國戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,從而有利于實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和可持續(xù)增長。最后討論了數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)時代新技術(shù)的商業(yè)化規(guī)律,闡述并構(gòu)建了主導(dǎo)數(shù)字技術(shù)商業(yè)化的應(yīng)用范式,對我國搶占未來全球數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)制高點具有重要戰(zhàn)略意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information and communication technology in recent years, the Internet, e-commerce, mobile communications are increasingly changing the direction of economic and social development and people's way of life. In the face of the sluggish economic recovery after the financial crisis, the United States, Europe, Japan and other major economies have regarded the digital economy as the key to economic recovery and sustainable development. This paper reviews the development trend of the digital economy and the development strategies of the digital economy in various countries, and points out that the development of the digital economy can promote the development of the strategic emerging industries in various countries, and thus help to realize the optimization of the industrial structure and the sustainable growth. Finally, this paper discusses the commercialization law of new technology in the digital economy era, expounds and constructs the application paradigm of leading digital technology commercialization, which is of great strategic significance for our country to seize the commanding height of the global digital economy in the future.
