【摘要】：進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)以來，隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展和社會(huì)的不斷進(jìn)步，我國(guó)整體的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)條件都發(fā)生了巨大的改變�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)被廣泛應(yīng)用于政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等領(lǐng)域，對(duì)于社會(huì)的發(fā)展和人類的進(jìn)步做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)。同時(shí)，由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的開放性、虛擬性、平等性等特征明顯，在其發(fā)展過程中也出現(xiàn)了一系列的問題。在這一過程中，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)及其誠(chéng)信問題引起了人們持續(xù)而深刻的關(guān)注，作為社會(huì)生活中的一個(gè)熱門話題，同時(shí)作為一個(gè)理論研究熱點(diǎn)，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)誠(chéng)信問題已經(jīng)成為影響到我國(guó)社會(huì)主義精神文明的重要課題之一�，F(xiàn)階段，針對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)誠(chéng)信問題的研究，對(duì)于我國(guó)構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的思想政治教育工作者具有深遠(yuǎn)的意義，是解放思想的需要，也是與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的需要。我們要認(rèn)真對(duì)待、研究出現(xiàn)的新問題、新局面，唯有這樣，我們的思想政治教育才能跟上時(shí)代的步伐，，適應(yīng)時(shí)代的需要。 本文主要分四部分分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)的公共誠(chéng)信問題。 第一部從網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)中的公共誠(chéng)信的相關(guān)概念入手，對(duì)其意義進(jìn)行了初步的分析，通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)、公共誠(chéng)信的概念闡述層層演進(jìn)到網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)公共誠(chéng)信研究意義上來。 第二部分探討了網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)對(duì)于公共誠(chéng)信的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)及引致的問題。主要從網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)的相關(guān)特征出發(fā)，分析了對(duì)于我國(guó)誠(chéng)信的沖擊與影響。而后具體闡述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)公共誠(chéng)信的問題，包括侵犯他人隱私、網(wǎng)絡(luò)欺詐、網(wǎng)絡(luò)“水軍”、網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛假信息、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)侵犯等問題。 第三部分對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)公共誠(chéng)信問題原因進(jìn)行了剖析。分別從現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德教育的缺失、網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)活動(dòng)主體控制力、網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)制度不健全、網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控技術(shù)不完善等方面進(jìn)行了具體分析。 第四部分分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)公共誠(chéng)信問題的相關(guān)對(duì)策，依照與問題原因相對(duì)應(yīng)的原則，對(duì)每一種對(duì)策進(jìn)行了具體闡述和研究，試圖找出行之有效的措施來解決網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)公共誠(chéng)信問題。 總之，現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)革命為人們的生活帶來了巨大變化，網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代社會(huì)必不可少的一個(gè)組成部分。網(wǎng)絡(luò)給人們的學(xué)習(xí)、工作、生活都帶來了方便，而且提供了信息共享、平等對(duì)話、自由交往、和諧共生的平臺(tái)和環(huán)境，促進(jìn)了人和社會(huì)的全面發(fā)展與進(jìn)步。同時(shí)，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展也不可避免地帶來了一些問題，網(wǎng)絡(luò)欺詐、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言與虛假信息、隱私權(quán)的侵犯等等網(wǎng)絡(luò)問題已經(jīng)擺在我們的面前，網(wǎng)絡(luò)誠(chéng)信問題成為網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)亟待解決的一大問題，其是否解決直接決定著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的能否健康發(fā)展。當(dāng)前，我們應(yīng)該多措并舉，加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德教育，完善網(wǎng)絡(luò)法律法規(guī)，健全個(gè)人誠(chéng)信體系，優(yōu)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)信用環(huán)境，促進(jìn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the 21 century, with the rapid development of our economy and social progress, the overall political and economic conditions of our country have undergone tremendous changes. The Internet is widely used in politics, economy, culture and other fields, and has made great contributions to the development of society and human progress. At the same time, due to the open, virtual, equality and other characteristics of the network, there are a series of problems in the process of its development. In this process, the Internet and its integrity issues have attracted people's sustained and profound attention, as a hot topic in social life, as well as a theoretical research hotspot. Internet integrity has become one of the most important issues affecting our socialist spiritual civilization. At the present stage, the study of honesty and credit in the network society is of profound significance to the ideological and political educators of constructing a harmonious socialist society, is the need to emancipate the mind, and is also the need to keep pace with the times. Only in this way can our ideological and political education keep pace with the times and meet the needs of the times. This article mainly divides into four parts to analyze the network society public credit question. The first part starts with the related concepts of public honesty in the network society, and analyzes its significance. Through the network society, the concept of public honesty evolves layer by layer to the significance of the study of public honesty in the network society. The second part discusses the network society to the public integrity of the severe challenges and the resulting problems. This paper analyzes the impact and influence on the integrity of our country from the related characteristics of the network society. Then the paper expounds the problems of public honesty in the network society, including invasion of other people's privacy, network fraud, network "water army", network false information, intellectual property infringement and so on. The third part analyzes the reasons of public honesty in network society. This paper analyzes the lack of network moral education in real society, the control power of network social activities, the imperfect network social system, the imperfect network monitoring technology and so on. The fourth part analyzes the related countermeasures of the network society public credit problem, according to the principle corresponding to the reason of the problem, has carried on the concrete elaboration and the research to each kind of countermeasure. This paper tries to find out effective measures to solve the problem of public honesty in network society. In a word, the revolution of modern information technology has brought great changes to people's lives, and the network society has become an indispensable part of modern society. The network brings convenience to people's study, work and life, and provides the platform and environment of information sharing, equal dialogue, free communication, harmonious symbiosis, and promotes the overall development and progress of people and society. At the same time, the rapid development of the Internet has inevitably brought some problems, such as network fraud, intellectual property rights, network rumors and false information, infringement of privacy, and so on. The problem of network honesty has become a big problem to be solved urgently in the network society. Whether it is solved or not directly determines the healthy development of the Internet. At present, we should strengthen the network moral education, perfect the network laws and regulations, perfect the personal credit system, optimize the network credit environment, and promote the healthy development of the network society.
