【摘要】：目前以移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、大數(shù)據(jù)、云計(jì)算、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等為代表的新一代信息通信技術(shù)創(chuàng)新活躍,加速向各行業(yè)領(lǐng)域滲透并形成新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。湖北省正在加緊推進(jìn)智慧湖北建設(shè),而緊抓互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與大數(shù)據(jù)為主要內(nèi)容的信息技術(shù)發(fā)展,是搶占新一輪智慧發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略制高點(diǎn)的關(guān)鍵所在。在立足國(guó)內(nèi)外互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與大數(shù)據(jù)推進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)、總結(jié)相關(guān)學(xué)者研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,以湖北省互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與大數(shù)據(jù)推進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展為例,指出當(dāng)前還存在數(shù)據(jù)共享不足、數(shù)據(jù)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、缺乏標(biāo)桿企業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈協(xié)同不足、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)儲(chǔ)備不夠、信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施滯后等問(wèn)題,針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題及問(wèn)題成因,從政策創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展著力點(diǎn)下、市場(chǎng)環(huán)境建設(shè)等方面提出有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:At present, the new generation of information and communication technology, such as mobile Internet, big data, cloud computing and Internet of things, is innovating and active, which accelerates the penetration into various industries and forms a new economic growth point. Hubei Province is stepping up the construction of wisdom Hubei, and the development of information technology, which focuses on the Internet and big data, is the key to seize the commanding height of the new round of wisdom development strategy. Based on the development situation of Internet and big data industry at home and abroad, and on the basis of summarizing the research results of relevant scholars, taking Hubei Province Internet and big data as an example, the author points out that there is insufficient data sharing at present. Data security risk, lack of benchmarking enterprises, insufficient coordination of industry chain, insufficient key technology reserve, lag of information infrastructure, etc., in view of the above problems and their causes, from the point of policy innovation and industrial development, Market environment construction and other aspects put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
