【摘要】：進入21世紀以來,我國的企業(yè)面臨著前所未有的復(fù)雜競爭環(huán)境。在日趨激烈的市場競爭環(huán)境下,企業(yè)要想做大做強,就要保持長期的競爭優(yōu)勢。企業(yè)競爭力的形成是一個長期積累沉淀的過程,不可能一蹴而就走捷徑。L公司是我市醫(yī)療軟件行業(yè)的領(lǐng)軍企業(yè),具有代表性。但是,隨著軟件企業(yè)的不斷增加,也帶來了激烈的競爭,使L公司呈現(xiàn)出競爭力的劣勢。本文以L公司為研究對象,通過對L公司進行較深入的分析,構(gòu)建企業(yè)競爭力評價指標體系,再運用因子分析法對L公司競爭力進行評價,得出L公司綜合競爭力評價結(jié)果。通過對評價結(jié)果的分析,得出影響L公司競爭力的主要因素,指出L公司競爭力的不足之處,并提出基于評價的L公司競爭力的對策,使L公司能夠增強競爭力從而得以健康長足發(fā)展。本文一方面從理論角度研究構(gòu)建了企業(yè)競爭力評價指標體系,豐富完善了企業(yè)競爭力評價理論研究的內(nèi)容,有一定的理論研究意義;另一方面,本文結(jié)合L公司的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),對L公司競爭力進行了評價,從而提出提升競爭力的對策,具有一定的實踐指導(dǎo)意義。同時,對提升L公司競爭力的對策也可以對其他相關(guān)企業(yè)具有指導(dǎo)和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Since entering the 21 st century, Chinese enterprises are facing an unprecedented complex competitive environment. In the increasingly fierce market competition environment, enterprises want to become bigger and stronger, we must maintain long-term competitive advantage. The formation of enterprise competitiveness is a process of long-term accumulation and precipitation. It is impossible to take a shortcut overnight. L company is the leading enterprise in the medical software industry of our city, which is representative. However, with the increasing of software enterprises, it also brings fierce competition, which makes L company competitive disadvantage. This paper takes L company as the research object, through the deep analysis to L company, constructs the enterprise competitive ability appraisal index system, then uses the factor analysis method to evaluate the L company competitiveness, obtains the L company comprehensive competitive ability appraisal result. Based on the analysis of the evaluation results, the main factors influencing the competitiveness of company L are obtained, the shortcomings of the competitiveness of company L are pointed out, and the countermeasures for the competitiveness of company L based on evaluation are put forward. So that L company can enhance competitiveness so that healthy and substantial development. On the one hand, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of enterprise competitiveness from a theoretical point of view, which enriches and perfects the content of the theoretical study of enterprise competitiveness evaluation, and has certain theoretical significance; on the other hand, this paper combines the relevant data of L company. This paper evaluates the competitiveness of L Company, and puts forward some countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness, which has certain practical significance. At the same time, the countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of company L can also be used as guidance and reference for other related enterprises.
