【摘要】：正大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的到來為各級(jí)政府提升治理能力、降低行政成本、服務(wù)社會(huì)公眾提供了新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。河南省焦作市充分發(fā)揮多年來地方公共財(cái)政改革發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)優(yōu)勢(shì),有效利用財(cái)經(jīng)沙盤、綜合治稅、智慧財(cái)稅、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、大數(shù)據(jù)、云計(jì)算等現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)手段,在開發(fā)應(yīng)用政府大數(shù)據(jù)降成本補(bǔ)短板方面進(jìn)行了積極探索和創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐,取得了明顯成效,給政府、社會(huì)和民眾帶來了實(shí)實(shí)在在的獲得感。
[Abstract]:The arrival of the big data age provides new opportunities and challenges for governments at all levels to improve their governance ability, reduce administrative costs, and serve the public. Jiaozuo City in Henan Province has made full use of the basic advantages of local public finance reform and development over the years and effectively utilized modern information technology means such as the financial and economic sand table, comprehensive tax control, intelligent finance and taxation, the Internet, big data, cloud computing, and so on. In the aspect of developing and applying government big data to reduce the cost and make up for the shortage, it has carried on the active exploration and the innovation practice, has obtained the obvious result, has brought the concrete obtains feeling to the government, the society and the populace.
