【摘要】：近年來,員工管理逐漸受到世界各國的重視。在我國,員工管理是企業(yè)的核心,對于調(diào)動員工積極性、增強企業(yè)知名度和提高企業(yè)競爭力等方面發(fā)揮著關鍵性的作用。然而,從L公司發(fā)展的實際情況來看,L公司員工管理還存在著一定的問題帶來大量優(yōu)秀員工流失使公司陷入困境。所以,深入研究L公司員工管理中的流失問題的原因并提出針對性解決對策,對于增強企業(yè)競爭力、提高團隊向心力、推動企業(yè)的發(fā)展等方面具有重大的意義。 本文從案例正文著手,重點分析了L公司員工管理存在的問題帶來的優(yōu)秀員工流失的現(xiàn)狀及其產(chǎn)生的原因,并提出了改善L公司員工管理防止人員再流失的解決對策。第一,詳細闡述了L公司員工管理的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題。第二,結合L公司員工管理存在的問題,導致人員流失產(chǎn)生的原因進行了重點分析,包括對員工的價值認識不到位,對員工管理的內(nèi)容不全面,對內(nèi)部人才的培養(yǎng)不重視和對員工發(fā)展教育的不投入等方面。第三,在對L公司員工管理存在的問題及產(chǎn)生的原因進行深入分析后,分別從轉變對員工的價值認識、完善員工管理的內(nèi)容、重視公司內(nèi)部人才的培養(yǎng)和注重對員工的培訓教育方面提出了L公司在員工管理方面的解決對策。通過本文的研究,對于其他企業(yè)的員工管理將起到一定的參考和借鑒價值。
[Abstract]:In recent years , employee management has been paid more and more attention by the countries of the world . In our country , employee management is the core of the enterprise and plays a key role in arousing the enthusiasm of employees , enhancing the enterprise ' s awareness and improving the competitiveness of enterprises . However , in the light of the actual situation of the development of L Company , the reasons for the loss of employee management in L Company and the countermeasures are put forward . Therefore , it is of great significance to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises , improve the centripetal force of the team and promote the development of the enterprise .

Based on the case body , this paper focuses on analyzing the current situation and causes of the loss of employee management in L company staff , and puts forward some countermeasures for improving employee management in L company .
