大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代旅游企業(yè)融合創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:伴隨著大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的來臨和旅游業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,旅游市場需求不斷發(fā)生變化,旅游企業(yè)之間的競爭也越來越激烈。為了獲得更好的發(fā)展,旅游企業(yè)必須遵循大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),走向融合創(chuàng)新的新階段。大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的到來,在給旅游企業(yè)發(fā)展帶來機(jī)遇的同時(shí)也使旅游企業(yè)面臨嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。發(fā)揮和挖掘大數(shù)據(jù)的價(jià)值,把握機(jī)遇,迎接挑戰(zhàn),尋找適合旅游企業(yè)融合創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展模式、機(jī)制和路徑成為旅游企業(yè)的發(fā)展重點(diǎn)。論文以大數(shù)據(jù)為主導(dǎo),以旅游企業(yè)融合創(chuàng)新為主題,重點(diǎn)研究大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代旅游企業(yè)融合創(chuàng)新的模式選擇、創(chuàng)新機(jī)制和推進(jìn)路徑。論文主要分為以下四大部分:第一部分第1-3章。首先,對(duì)論文的研究背景與意義、相關(guān)概念界定、研究內(nèi)容、研究方法、技術(shù)路線、創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了分析。其次,對(duì)國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)綜述進(jìn)行歸納和述評(píng),在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)信息化理論、創(chuàng)新理論、融合創(chuàng)新理論和博弈論四個(gè)相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了探討。最后,分析了大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代旅游企業(yè)融合創(chuàng)新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),為后文的研究作鋪墊。第二部分第4-6章,是本論文的核心內(nèi)容。首先,基于大數(shù)據(jù)的視角,將大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代旅游企業(yè)融合創(chuàng)新的模式劃分為大數(shù)據(jù)企業(yè)內(nèi)部模式、大數(shù)據(jù)企業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈模式和大數(shù)據(jù)企業(yè)跨行業(yè)模式。其次,對(duì)大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代旅游企業(yè)融合創(chuàng)新機(jī)制的影響因素、重難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析,主要對(duì)動(dòng)力機(jī)制、發(fā)展機(jī)制、運(yùn)行機(jī)制和協(xié)作機(jī)制進(jìn)行了研究。最后,在對(duì)模式、機(jī)制研究的基礎(chǔ)上,指出了大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代旅游企業(yè)融合創(chuàng)新的五條推進(jìn)路徑:以大數(shù)據(jù)為中心,深化旅游企業(yè)價(jià)值的內(nèi)涵和外延;重組開放數(shù)據(jù),拓展大市場,從界內(nèi)到跨界;打造大數(shù)據(jù)價(jià)值鏈融合創(chuàng)新主體,“旅游企業(yè)+”數(shù)據(jù)、技術(shù)與思維;給大數(shù)據(jù)估值,創(chuàng)新旅游企業(yè)商業(yè)模式;建設(shè)融合創(chuàng)新平臺(tái),從技術(shù)創(chuàng)新到合作機(jī)制創(chuàng)新。第三部分第7章。將螞蜂窩作為典型案例,分別從模式選擇、機(jī)制創(chuàng)新和推進(jìn)路徑上對(duì)螞蜂窩融合創(chuàng)新進(jìn)行研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上得出螞蜂窩融合創(chuàng)新的實(shí)踐啟示,理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,通過螞蜂窩案例的分析,得出結(jié)論,論證和檢驗(yàn)論文的研究結(jié)果。第四部分第8章。得出研究結(jié)論,對(duì)下一步大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代旅游企業(yè)融合創(chuàng)新有待進(jìn)一步研究的問題進(jìn)行了展望。力爭通過本論文的研究能夠助于大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代旅游企業(yè)充分利用數(shù)據(jù)資源進(jìn)行融合創(chuàng)新,提升旅游企業(yè)的競爭力,促進(jìn)旅游企業(yè)融合發(fā)展,從而提升旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)以及國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展水平。
[Abstract]:With the coming of big data era and the sustainable development of tourism, the demand of tourism market is constantly changing, and the competition among tourism enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. In order to achieve better development, tourism enterprises must follow the development trend of the big data era and move to a new stage of integration and innovation. With the arrival of big data, tourism enterprises are faced with severe challenges while bringing opportunities to the development of tourism enterprises. Developing and excavating the value of big data, grasping the opportunity, meeting the challenge, looking for the suitable development mode, mechanism and path for tourism enterprises to merge and innovate becomes the key point of the development of tourism enterprises. This paper focuses on the mode selection, innovation mechanism and promotion path of tourism enterprise integration innovation in the big data era, which is dominated by big data and takes tourism enterprise integration and innovation as the theme. The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part is Chapter 1-3. Firstly, the research background and significance, the definition of relevant concepts, research content, research methods, technical route, innovation points and so on are analyzed. Secondly, this paper summarizes and reviews the domestic and foreign related research literature, and then discusses four related theories: information theory, innovation theory, fusion innovation theory and game theory. Finally, the paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges of tourism enterprises' integration and innovation in the big data era, which pave the way for the later research. The second part, Chapter 4-6, is the core of this thesis. Firstly, based on the perspective of big data, the integration and innovation model of tourism enterprises in the big data era is divided into the internal model of big data enterprise, the mode of industrial chain of big data enterprise and the cross-industry mode of big data enterprise. Secondly, the paper analyzes the influencing factors and difficulties of the innovation mechanism of tourism enterprises in the big data era, and mainly studies the dynamic mechanism, the development mechanism, the operation mechanism and the cooperation mechanism. Finally, on the basis of the research on the model and mechanism, the paper points out five ways to promote the integration and innovation of tourism enterprises in the big data era: taking big data as the center, deepening the connotation and extension of tourism enterprises' value, reorganizing and opening up data, and expanding the large market. From inside to across the border; create big data value chain fusion innovation main body, "tourism enterprise" data, technology and thinking; big data valuation, innovation tourism enterprise business model; build integration and innovation platform, From technological innovation to cooperation mechanism innovation. Part III, Chapter 7. Taking the Grasshopper Honeycomb as a typical case, the paper studies the innovation of the Grasshopper Honeycomb from the aspects of model selection, mechanism innovation and advancement path. On this basis, the author draws the practical enlightenment of the Grasshopper Honeycomb Fusion Innovation, which combines theory with practice. Through the analysis of the Grasshopper honeycomb case, the conclusion is drawn, and the research results of the thesis are demonstrated and verified. Part IV, Chapter 8. Draw the conclusion of the study, the next step in the big data era tourism enterprises integration innovation need to be further research issues are prospected. Through the research of this paper, we can help tourism enterprises to make full use of data resources to integrate and innovate, to enhance the competitiveness of tourism enterprises, and to promote the integration development of tourism enterprises in the era of big data. In order to improve the tourism industry economy and the level of development of the national economy.
