ZX公司廣東ICT產(chǎn)品營銷策略分析

【摘要】:隨著傳統(tǒng)電信業(yè)務(wù)收入增長的逐漸放緩,信息化業(yè)務(wù)業(yè)已成為電信運(yùn)營商的重要業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域。而社會(huì)信息化發(fā)展進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn),導(dǎo)致客戶對信息、化業(yè)務(wù)的需求也在發(fā)生著轉(zhuǎn)變,主要體現(xiàn)在提高信息化服務(wù)的一體化服務(wù)能力。ICT業(yè)務(wù)作為電信服務(wù)、信息服務(wù)、IT服務(wù)及應(yīng)用的有機(jī)結(jié)合而產(chǎn)生的綜合信息服務(wù),能夠有效地適應(yīng)客戶需求的變化,具有巨大的發(fā)展?jié)摿褪袌銮熬啊?中興通訊作為廣東ICT業(yè)務(wù)市場的新進(jìn)入者,在業(yè)務(wù)能力、產(chǎn)業(yè)合作、渠道能力等方面與競爭對手相比都存在較大的差距。國內(nèi)運(yùn)營商投資的萎縮和通訊市場的擴(kuò)張放緩讓中興通訊面臨的壓力也日益加大,特別是整個(gè)通信市場日趨飽和,運(yùn)營商投資放緩的大環(huán)境下,中興通訊的業(yè)績拓展急需尋找新的藍(lán)海。如何才能打破常規(guī),為中興通訊尋找到一條切實(shí)可行的ICT業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展之路,是本文研究的目的和重點(diǎn)所在。本文通過大量文獻(xiàn)資料和相關(guān)知識點(diǎn)的收集,對國內(nèi)電信運(yùn)營商ICT業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展,特別是廣東ICT業(yè)務(wù)市場的融合背景進(jìn)行了闡述.對ICT業(yè)務(wù)的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了重新界定,找出了ICT業(yè)務(wù)與傳統(tǒng)電信業(yè)務(wù)之間的聯(lián)系和差異�;诖�,對中興通訊發(fā)展ICT業(yè)務(wù)的優(yōu)劣勢、業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,從產(chǎn)品、支撐、合作以及渠道等四個(gè)層面中找到制約中興通訊ICT發(fā)展的主要問題;其次,以基于價(jià)值網(wǎng)理論分析中國移動(dòng)ICT業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)現(xiàn)價(jià)值給予相關(guān)ICT產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的分析,給出中興通訊應(yīng)依托價(jià)值網(wǎng)的定位,和運(yùn)營商結(jié)成戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴開拓市場;最后,從產(chǎn)品特性、市場細(xì)分和市場占有率提升等三個(gè)方面為中興通訊ICT業(yè)務(wù)在廣東的發(fā)展提出了一些可實(shí)施的建議
[Abstract]:With the slow growth of traditional telecom service income, information service has become an important service area for telecom operators. The continuous advancement of the development process of social informatization leads to the change of customer's demand for information and business, which is mainly reflected in improving the integrated service capability of information service. ICT service is taken as telecommunication service. The integrated information service which is produced by the organic combination of IT service and application can effectively adapt to the change of customer demand and has great development potential and market prospect. As a new entrant of Guangdong ICT business market, ZTE has a big gap with its competitors in terms of business capability, industrial cooperation, channel ability and so on. The shrinking investment of domestic operators and the slowdown in the expansion of the communications market have increased the pressure on ZTE, especially as the entire telecommunications market becomes increasingly saturated and the investment of operators slows down. ZTE's performance expansion urgently needs to find a new blue sea. How to break the convention and find a feasible way for ZTE to develop ICT service is the purpose and focus of this paper. In this paper, through a lot of literature and related knowledge collection, the development of ICT services of domestic telecom operators, especially the integration background of Guangdong ICT service market, is expounded. This paper redefines the connotation of ICT service and finds out the relationship and difference between ICT service and traditional telecommunication service. Based on this, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of ZTE's development of ICT business, analyzes the present situation of business development, and finds out the main problems restricting the development of ZTE's ICT from four aspects: product, support, cooperation and channel. Secondly, Based on the theory of value net, this paper analyzes the adjustment of ICT product structure based on the realization value of ICT service of China Mobile, and points out that ZTE should rely on the positioning of value net and form a strategic partner with operators to open up the market. This paper puts forward some implementable suggestions for the development of ZTE ICT business in Guangdong from three aspects: product characteristics, market segmentation and market share promotion.
