【摘要】：智慧城市是一種嶄新的城市發(fā)展模式和理念,大數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)展?jié)B透到社會生活的各個角落,成為強有力的技術(shù)手段,它為智慧城市的發(fā)展帶來了重要機遇。本文主要是對廣西南寧市利用大數(shù)據(jù)促進(jìn)智慧城市發(fā)展進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究。從系統(tǒng)論角度將南寧大數(shù)據(jù)促進(jìn)智慧城市建設(shè)看成是一項長期復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)化工程。使用文獻(xiàn)研究、歸納總結(jié)法對大數(shù)據(jù)促進(jìn)智慧城市發(fā)展研究進(jìn)行了理論研究;用比較法、調(diào)查法和分析法對國家先進(jìn)省市利用大數(shù)據(jù)促進(jìn)智慧城市的情況與南寧市進(jìn)行對比研究;用實地考察法、深度訪談法去到北京、廣州、貴陽、南寧等地親身調(diào)研了解大數(shù)據(jù)促進(jìn)智慧城市建設(shè)的情況,進(jìn)行實踐探索。本文旨在了解南寧市、北京、廣東大數(shù)據(jù)促進(jìn)智慧城市建設(shè)的情況,將南寧市與先進(jìn)省市進(jìn)行對比,總結(jié)困境吸收經(jīng)驗,并對南寧市提出針對性的策略和建議。首先,對智慧城市和大數(shù)據(jù)的理論以及它們兩者之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了描述。智慧城市理論部分除了定義、特點、內(nèi)容還闡釋了智慧城市與數(shù)字化城市、與信息化城市之間的聯(lián)系。大數(shù)據(jù)主要從概念、特征方面入手來分析�！爸腔鄢鞘薪ㄔO(shè)的前提是對大數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行運用與管理”這是對大數(shù)據(jù)和智慧城市兩者之間關(guān)系做出的解釋。其次,對南寧市利用大數(shù)據(jù)促進(jìn)智慧城市發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,并將南寧市發(fā)展?fàn)顩r與國內(nèi)先進(jìn)省市大數(shù)據(jù)促進(jìn)智慧城市建設(shè)進(jìn)行對比研究,總結(jié)先進(jìn)省市的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗。最后,對南寧市利用大數(shù)據(jù)促進(jìn)智慧城市發(fā)展提出對策與建議。從統(tǒng)一思想,樹立智慧城市發(fā)展的科學(xué)觀念;將智慧城市上升到全區(qū)的重點大型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略統(tǒng)籌推進(jìn);優(yōu)化發(fā)展模式,破解發(fā)展難題;注重智慧產(chǎn)業(yè)培育,實現(xiàn)城市建設(shè)與新興產(chǎn)業(yè)共生共榮這四方面逐一進(jìn)行闡釋。利用大數(shù)據(jù)促進(jìn)智慧城市建設(shè),對加快城市化、產(chǎn)業(yè)化和信息化融合的步伐,以及城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展有著重大意義。近年來廣西南寧市的信息化發(fā)展有了很大進(jìn)步,但相對于外省市來說還是較落后。信息技術(shù)浪潮洶涌,南寧市應(yīng)緊跟潮流,抓住以云計算、大數(shù)據(jù)為核心的新一輪信息技術(shù)發(fā)展的機遇,把加快智慧城市建設(shè)作為新的發(fā)展策略,帶動提升全市的信息化水平,從根本上推動南寧經(jīng)濟社會轉(zhuǎn)型升級,力促城市化、信息化、產(chǎn)業(yè)化共同提升,為實現(xiàn)“兩個建成”的發(fā)展目標(biāo)做出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Intelligent city is a new mode and concept of urban development. Big data development permeates into every corner of social life and becomes a powerful technical means. It brings important opportunities for the development of intelligent city. This paper mainly investigates the development of intelligent city by big data in Nanning, Guangxi. From the point of view of system theory, Nanning big data is regarded as a long and complicated systematic project to promote the construction of intelligent city. In this paper, the author makes a theoretical study on big data promoting the development of intelligent city by literature research, and compares it with the method of comparison. The methods of investigation and analysis were used to compare the situation of advanced provinces and cities using big data to promote intelligent cities with Nanning City; to go to Beijing, Guangzhou and Guiyang by field investigation and in-depth interview. Nanning and other places to personally investigate and understand the big data to promote the construction of intelligent cities, practical exploration. The purpose of this paper is to understand the situation of big data in Nanning, Beijing and Guangdong to promote the construction of intelligent cities, to compare Nanning with advanced provinces and cities, to sum up the experience of absorbing difficulties, and to put forward targeted strategies and suggestions to Nanning. Firstly, the theory of Wisdom City and big data and the relationship between them are described. In addition to definition, characteristics and contents, the theory of intelligent city also explains the relationship between intelligent city and digital city and information city. Big data is mainly analyzed from the aspects of concept and feature. "the premise of the construction of intelligent city is the use and management of big data", which is the explanation of the relationship between big data and smart city. Secondly, the present situation of promoting the development of intelligent city by big data in Nanning city is studied, and the development situation of Nanning city is compared with that of big data in China, and the development experiences of advanced provinces and cities are summarized. Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the development of intelligent city by using big data in Nanning City. From the point of view of unity of thought, setting up the scientific concept of the development of intelligent city; raising the intelligent city to the key and large-scale development strategy of the whole district as a whole; optimizing the mode of development, solving the problems of development; and paying attention to the cultivation of intelligent industry, The realization city construction and the emerging industry symbiosis co-prosperity these four aspects carries on the explanation one by one. Using big data to promote the construction of intelligent city is of great significance to quicken the pace of urbanization, industrialization and information integration, as well as the sustainable development of the city. In recent years, the development of information technology in Nanning has made great progress, but it is still relatively backward compared with other provinces and cities. Since the tide of information technology is surging, Nanning should keep up with the trend, seize the opportunity of a new round of information technology development with cloud computing and big data as the core, take accelerating the construction of the intelligent city as a new development strategy, and promote the information level of the whole city. It is essential to promote the economic and social transformation and upgrading in Nanning, to promote urbanization, informatization and industrialization, and to contribute to the realization of the development goal of "two built".
