【摘要】：隨著工業(yè)和現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的興起,勞動(dòng)力從第一產(chǎn)業(yè)向第二三產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移是必然趨勢(shì)。經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型期,我國(guó)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)總量性失業(yè)壓力較大,結(jié)構(gòu)性失業(yè)壓力日益突出,交通運(yùn)輸、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)和郵政業(yè)作為第三產(chǎn)業(yè)重要的組成部分,由于其涵蓋領(lǐng)域非常廣泛,可吸納就業(yè)人數(shù)眾多且層次豐富,具有十分明顯的勞動(dòng)力吸納效應(yīng),是吸納農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力和解決城市失業(yè)問(wèn)題的重要途徑。文章通過(guò)對(duì)交通運(yùn)輸、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)和郵政業(yè)就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)影響因素進(jìn)行灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析發(fā)現(xiàn),經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型期,在技術(shù)進(jìn)步、需求結(jié)構(gòu)變化、社會(huì)分工深化等因素的影響下,我國(guó)交通運(yùn)輸、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)和郵政業(yè)就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不斷演化,產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值是影響交通運(yùn)輸、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)和郵政業(yè)就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演化最重要的因素;行業(yè)平均工資水平與交通運(yùn)輸、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)和郵政業(yè)就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演化密切相關(guān);行業(yè)固定資產(chǎn)投資對(duì)交通運(yùn)輸、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)和郵政業(yè)就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演化有著重要影響。促進(jìn)交通運(yùn)輸、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)和郵政業(yè)就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)順利轉(zhuǎn)換,是實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)、加快現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)進(jìn)程的重要內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:With the rise of industry and modern service industry, the transfer of labor force from the primary industry to the second and third industry is an inevitable trend. During the period of economic transformation, the pressure of total unemployment in China's labor market is great, and the pressure of structural unemployment is increasingly prominent. As an important part of the tertiary industry, transportation, warehousing and postal services are covered by a wide range of fields. The number of people who can absorb employment is numerous and abundant, which has a very obvious effect of absorbing labor force. It is an important way to absorb rural surplus labor force and solve the problem of urban unemployment. Based on the grey correlation analysis of the factors affecting the employment structure of transportation, storage and postal industry, the paper finds out that in the economic transition period, under the influence of the technological progress, the change of demand structure, the deepening of social division of labor, and so on, the traffic and transportation in our country, The industrial value added is the most important factor that affects the evolution of the employment structure of transportation, storage and post, the average wage level of the industry and transportation, the industrial value added is the most important factor affecting the evolution of the employment structure of the storage and post industry. Storage is closely related to the evolution of employment structure of post industry, and fixed assets investment has an important influence on the evolution of employment structure of transportation, storage and post office. To promote the smooth transformation of the employment structure of transportation, storage and postal industry is an important content to realize the upgrading of industry and speed up the process of modernization.
