【摘要】：大數(shù)據(jù)開啟了重大時代轉(zhuǎn)型,引發(fā)了生活、工作與思維的大變革。在新四化同步發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下,大數(shù)據(jù)契合了當(dāng)下我國城市群建設(shè)的新要求,成為推動城市群建設(shè)的智慧引擎。電子政務(wù)、智慧城市以及相關(guān)法制建設(shè)不斷跟進(jìn)發(fā)展,為大數(shù)據(jù)嵌入城市群建設(shè)奠定了現(xiàn)實之基。但大數(shù)據(jù)意識淡薄、大數(shù)據(jù)人才缺乏及信息孤島現(xiàn)象,成為大數(shù)據(jù)時代城市群協(xié)同共建的現(xiàn)實掣肘因素。推進(jìn)大數(shù)據(jù)環(huán)境下城市群的空間聯(lián)系和整合發(fā)展,需政府通過頂層設(shè)計與發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,與多元行動主體協(xié)同構(gòu)建大數(shù)據(jù)聯(lián)盟與大數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng),推進(jìn)智慧城市群協(xié)同建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Big data opened a major era of transformation, leading to great changes in life, work and thinking. With the development of the new economy, big data meets the new requirements of the construction of urban agglomeration in China and becomes the intelligent engine to promote the construction of urban agglomeration. E-government, intelligent city and related legal system are developing, which lays the foundation for big data embedded urban agglomeration. However, the weak consciousness of big data, the lack of big data talents and the phenomenon of isolated information have become the practical constraints of the co-construction of urban agglomeration in the big data era. To promote the spatial connection and integrated development of urban agglomeration under big data environment, the government should construct big data alliance and big data system through top-level design and development strategy planning, and cooperate with multiple actors to construct big data alliance and big data system, so as to promote the cooperative construction of intelligent urban agglomeration.
