【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的不斷發(fā)展和推進,網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展為電影、電視劇、綜藝節(jié)目等視頻內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作開啟了一個嶄新時代。網(wǎng)絡(luò)在線視頻已經(jīng)在人們觀看視頻過程中占據(jù)了重要地位,成為大眾視頻消費的主流�！皬椖弧币蚱涓呋有院蛫蕵沸蚤_始進入人們的視野,彈幕是指用戶在視頻網(wǎng)站上觀看視頻時,可以直接將評論發(fā)送并顯示在屏幕上方的一種顯示方式。在國內(nèi)最早使用彈幕技術(shù)的是動漫圈內(nèi)的視頻吐槽網(wǎng)站Acfun(A站)和bilibili(B站),隨著彈幕的發(fā)展,彈幕也不再僅僅使用在彈幕視頻網(wǎng)站中,如今,國內(nèi)彈幕應(yīng)用雖然火爆,但是國內(nèi)彈幕文化和技術(shù)的整體發(fā)展時間較短,當前針對彈幕的研究還相對匱乏,對彈幕的有效管理與研究還較少。本文以提高用戶的彈幕使用體驗為目的,探討對彈幕文本的識別與處理,提出一種新的基于內(nèi)容和用戶身份標識的混合型垃圾彈幕識別算法,對已有算法進行改進,以更好的引導我國彈幕文化的積極發(fā)展,改善用戶在使用與觀看彈幕時的用戶體驗,提高網(wǎng)站的用戶使用度和黏性,綠化彈幕使用環(huán)境。本文針對彈幕文本特征進行分析,對比以往垃圾文本識別研究中較多涉及的郵件以及短信等文本類型,總結(jié)出彈幕文本的自身特征,結(jié)合其自身特性以進一步加深垃圾彈幕識別的研究。結(jié)合彈幕文本自身特點,本文以基于內(nèi)容的文本分類算法和基于用戶身份標識的分類算法為基礎(chǔ)展開研究,在已有研究基礎(chǔ)上提出一種新的基于以上兩種文本分類算法相結(jié)合的混合型垃圾彈幕識別算法,并據(jù)此進行垃圾彈幕識別與過濾。本文利用從土豆網(wǎng)熱播電視劇《瑯琊榜》中爬取的彈幕數(shù)據(jù)作為數(shù)據(jù)來源進行試驗分析,以驗證本文提出算法模型的表現(xiàn)效果。通過實驗研究可以看出,本文提出改進算法能夠有效提高垃圾彈幕識別的準確性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and promotion of the Internet, the rapid development of network information technology has opened a new era for the creation of video content such as movies, TV dramas, variety shows and so on. Online video has played an important role in the process of watching video, and has become the mainstream of popular video consumption. Because of its high interactivity and entertainment, "projectile screen" begins to enter people's field of vision. It refers to a display mode in which users can directly send comments and display them at the top of the screen when they watch a video on a video website. In China, the earliest use of bullet screen technology is the animation video complaints website Acfun(A) and the bilibili(B station. With the development of the projectile screen, the projectile screen is no longer used only in the projectile video website. Nowadays, although the domestic projectile screen is popular, the application of the projectile screen is very popular. However, the overall development time of domestic projectile culture and technology is relatively short, the current research on projectile screen is relatively scarce, and the effective management and research of projectile screen is still less. In order to improve the user's experience of projectile screen usage, this paper discusses the recognition and processing of projectile text, and proposes a new mixed algorithm of garbage screen recognition based on content and user identification, which improves the existing algorithms. In order to better guide the positive development of the projectile culture in our country, improve the user's experience when using and watching the projectile screen, improve the user's using degree and stickiness of the website, and afforeze the projectile screen using environment. In this paper, we analyze the features of projectile text, and summarize the characteristics of project-screen text such as email and short message, which are more involved in the research of spam text recognition than in the past. Combined with its own characteristics to further deepen the research of garbage screen recognition. According to the characteristics of projectile text, this paper researches on content-based text classification algorithm and user identification based classification algorithm. On the basis of the previous research, a new hybrid algorithm of garbage screen recognition based on the above two text classification algorithms is proposed, and then the garbage screen recognition and filtering are carried out. In order to verify the performance of the algorithm proposed in this paper, the projectile data from the popular Tudou TV series "Langya Bang" is used as the data source. The experimental results show that the improved algorithm can effectively improve the accuracy of garbage screen recognition.
