基于FMC融合網(wǎng)絡的數(shù)據(jù)流量價值提升研究

【摘要】:2012年全球互聯(lián)網(wǎng)用戶約24億戶、智能手機約11億臺,其中 大部分客戶通過固定或移動數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務接入互聯(lián)網(wǎng)。全球大部分電信運 營商的核心網(wǎng)絡已逐步實現(xiàn)IP化。因此,無論是用戶接入層面還是 核心網(wǎng)絡層面,數(shù)據(jù)流量已經(jīng)成為電信產(chǎn)業(yè)價值的核心。目前,國內(nèi) 外專家、學者對于電信產(chǎn)業(yè)的客戶價值、價值鏈等理論的研究很多, 但關(guān)于數(shù)據(jù)流量及其價值的理論研究和定量分析當前不很豐富,關(guān)于 固定網(wǎng)絡、移動網(wǎng)絡和FMC融合網(wǎng)絡的數(shù)據(jù)流量價值因素論述不多、 對比分析和量化測算不足,對網(wǎng)絡流量價值提升機制的分析也較少。 因此本文基于FMC融合網(wǎng)絡分析,從數(shù)據(jù)流量的著眼點研究價值提升 是一個較新的視角和領域。本文對“FMC融合網(wǎng)絡”的概念、特點、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)、典型應用和 流量價值進行分析,對固網(wǎng)、移網(wǎng)的數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務、流量價值、提升機制 進行了研究、量化測算,主要有三點創(chuàng)新:一、構(gòu)建了FMC網(wǎng)絡數(shù)據(jù)流量價值模型本文參考“客戶讓渡價值理論”及其它客戶價值有關(guān)的文獻成果, 提出流量價值概念模型,對變量之間的關(guān)系提出相應的研究假設。通 過設計、修改、發(fā)放和回收調(diào)查問卷、收集整理數(shù)據(jù)及實證分析,建 立了“流量價值”模型。這一模型,突破了傳統(tǒng)的電信產(chǎn)業(yè)價值模式, 從較新的角度對影響流量的價值組成因素進行建模和細化分析。二、對固定、移動、FMC網(wǎng)絡的流量價值進行分析、測算本文結(jié)合訪談法、問卷法、系統(tǒng)抽樣法、資料分析法對市場調(diào)查、 業(yè)務資費、運營商現(xiàn)網(wǎng)運行數(shù)據(jù)進行收集,對固定網(wǎng)絡數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務用戶 的行為偏好、用戶流量進行了關(guān)聯(lián)分析;對移動網(wǎng)絡流量價值和移動 用戶的數(shù)據(jù)使用量進行了回歸分析,對FMC融合數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務產(chǎn)品進行了 流量價值分析。本文創(chuàng)新地提出將收入與流量之比所反映出的平均價 格(元/GB))定義為通信網(wǎng)絡“流量價值”,并以此為出發(fā)點進行相 關(guān)的思考、測算和分析。測算出某基礎電信運營商固網(wǎng)平均流量價值 為0.40元/GB, FMC典型應用的流量價值為9.40元/GB,移動網(wǎng)絡平 均流量價值為0.69元/MB(均為2011年數(shù)據(jù)),并分別歸納出其流量 價值測算公式。這應對數(shù)據(jù)流量價值的具體化研究和分析,提供較新 的思路、可比方法和參考數(shù)據(jù)。三、提出了FMC網(wǎng)絡數(shù)據(jù)流量價值提升機制本文通過對價值關(guān)系、價值創(chuàng)造的分析,提出了“FMC網(wǎng)絡流量 價值提升機制”。同時,針對四類典型數(shù)據(jù)流量業(yè)務需求的特點,細 化了流量價值應用模型,對電信運營商的價值策略和定位進行了重點 分析,并提出流量價值提升策略建議。
