【摘要】:游戲創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)和運(yùn)營(yíng)在本質(zhì)上是創(chuàng)意價(jià)值鏈的生長(zhǎng)過(guò)程,同時(shí)也是文化、技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)要素在價(jià)值鏈上的融合過(guò)程。研究表明,通用競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略的基礎(chǔ)維度對(duì)融合過(guò)程的實(shí)現(xiàn)和轉(zhuǎn)化具有重要影響;谶@一認(rèn)識(shí),通過(guò)構(gòu)建游戲創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品文化、技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)融合的循環(huán)過(guò)程模型,可將通用競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略的三個(gè)基礎(chǔ)維度市場(chǎng)細(xì)分、差異化和成本引入循環(huán)過(guò)程,并以Nintendo Wii家用游戲產(chǎn)品的案例研究進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在不同的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略下,游戲創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品的文化、技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)融合過(guò)程,在價(jià)值鏈特點(diǎn)、融合媒介和實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)理上存在重大差異。這一研究結(jié)論為實(shí)際的游戲創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程提供了理論模式和參考。
[Abstract]:The development and operation of game creative products is essentially the growth process of creative value chain, and also the fusion process of culture, technology and economic elements in the value chain. The research shows that the basic dimension of general competitive strategy has an important influence on the realization and transformation of fusion process. Based on this understanding, the circular process model of the integration of culture, technology and economy of the creative products of games can be constructed to introduce the three basic dimensions of general competitive strategy into the circular process, namely, market segmentation, differentiation and cost. And the case study of Nintendo Wii home game product is verified. It is found that under different competitive strategies, there are significant differences in the process of cultural, technological and economic integration of game creative products, as well as in the characteristics of value chain, fusion medium and realization mechanism. This conclusion provides a theoretical model and reference for the actual game creative product development and operation process.
