【摘要】：胡錦濤總書記在第十一屆全國人大四次會議上提出，“江蘇要發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢，加快轉(zhuǎn)變農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展方式，力爭在全國率先實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化”。江蘇率先實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化，對我國社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)乃至整個國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展都有重要作用。不管是提升“兩個率先”的新內(nèi)涵新標準、開創(chuàng)江蘇科學(xué)發(fā)展新局面，還是應(yīng)對農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的新挑戰(zhàn)、推動經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型升級，，都要求江蘇加快農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)。 江蘇作為較早開展農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化和信息化的地區(qū)，其產(chǎn)業(yè)化和信息化基礎(chǔ)相對較好。在農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的大背景下，研究江蘇產(chǎn)業(yè)化和信息化的融合發(fā)展路徑，對其在全國率先實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化具有重要的理論意義和實踐價值。本論文以研究農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化信息化融合發(fā)展促進江蘇省率先實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化為中心，首先進行相關(guān)研究的文獻調(diào)研，據(jù)此準確界定產(chǎn)業(yè)化、信息化、農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的內(nèi)涵、外延和作用機制，厘清產(chǎn)業(yè)化、信息化與農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化之間相互促進、互動發(fā)展的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。在此基礎(chǔ)上，將產(chǎn)業(yè)化、信息化與農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化結(jié)合起來，重點研究農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化、信息化“兩化”融合推動農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的理論機制。然后，國外以美國、日本為例，國內(nèi)以河南、山東為例，介紹國內(nèi)外農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化信息化融合發(fā)展的實踐經(jīng)驗，總結(jié)我國農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化信息化融合發(fā)展的主要特點；并選取江蘇省農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，利用計量經(jīng)濟學(xué)中的協(xié)整理論進行定量分析，驗證“兩化”融合推動農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的理論結(jié)論。最終，提出江蘇省率先實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)基本現(xiàn)代化的產(chǎn)業(yè)化信息化融合發(fā)展的意義、原則、內(nèi)涵，并從政府、以龍頭企業(yè)為代表的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化組織、農(nóng)戶等多個角度，給出產(chǎn)業(yè)化信息化“兩化融合”推動江蘇農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的實施路徑，為農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化信息化融合發(fā)展推動我國農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化提供實踐指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:At the fourth session of the 11th National people's Congress (NPC), General Secretary Hu Jintao proposed that "Jiangsu should give full play to its own advantages, speed up the transformation of agricultural development mode, and strive to take the lead in realizing agricultural modernization in the whole country." Jiangsu takes the lead in realizing agricultural modernization, which plays an important role in the construction of socialist modernization and the development of the whole national economy. Whether it is to promote the new connotation and new standard of "two leaders", to create a new situation of scientific development in Jiangsu Province, to meet the new challenges faced by agricultural development and to promote economic transformation and upgrading, it is necessary for Jiangsu to speed up the construction of agricultural modernization. Jiangsu, as an early agricultural industrialization and information region, its industrialization and information base is relatively good. Under the background of agricultural modernization, it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the integration and development path of industrialization and informatization in Jiangsu Province, which is the first to realize agricultural modernization in the whole country. In this paper, the integration of agricultural industrialization and development to promote the agricultural modernization in Jiangsu Province as the center, first of all, related research literature research, according to the accurate definition of industrialization, informatization, agricultural modernization connotation, Extension and mechanism to clarify the industrialization, information and agricultural modernization promote each other, interactive development of the internal relationship. On this basis, combining industrialization, informatization and agricultural modernization, the emphasis is put on the study of agricultural industrialization, and the theoretical mechanism of promoting agricultural modernization by the integration of informatization and "two transformation". Then, taking the United States, Japan as an example and Henan and Shandong as an example, the paper introduces the practical experience of the integration of agricultural industrialization in China and abroad, and summarizes the main characteristics of the integration of agricultural industrialization in China. Selecting the relevant data of agricultural development in Jiangsu Province, using the co-integration theory in econometrics to carry out quantitative analysis, to verify the theoretical conclusion of the integration of "two" to promote agricultural modernization. Finally, the paper puts forward the significance, principle, connotation of the integration of industrialization of Jiangsu Province to realize the basic modernization of agriculture, and from the government, agricultural industrialization organizations represented by leading enterprises, farmers, and so on. This paper puts forward the implementation path of industrialization informatization "two transformation fusion" to promote agricultural modernization in Jiangsu Province, and provides practical guidance for agricultural industrialization integration development and agricultural modernization in China.
