【摘要】：萬物智聯(lián)時代,為更好地推動京津冀一體化進程,亟需統(tǒng)籌物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)頂層設(shè)計以確定三地功能定位,整合產(chǎn)業(yè)資源,實現(xiàn)協(xié)同發(fā)展,而這首先需要構(gòu)建物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同評價指標體系,以更好地測度京津冀地區(qū)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)復(fù)合系統(tǒng)協(xié)同度。對京津冀地區(qū)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)上市公司2010—2016年數(shù)據(jù)進行整理分析發(fā)現(xiàn),北京、天津、河北物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)均處于低水平協(xié)同狀態(tài)。其中,北京物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)�？偭颗c研發(fā)能力有序度較高,但感知制造與應(yīng)用服務(wù)方面水平有待提高;天津應(yīng)用服務(wù)發(fā)展得較好,感知制造與通信基礎(chǔ)是今后提升的方向;河北需要全面提高感知制造、應(yīng)用服務(wù)、規(guī)�？偭考把邪l(fā)能力。京津冀區(qū)域物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)復(fù)合系統(tǒng)協(xié)同度波動上升,整體處于低水平協(xié)同。京冀、津冀協(xié)同系數(shù)波動幅度大,三地協(xié)同難度較大。鑒于子系統(tǒng)間的相互作用與配合會影響整個系統(tǒng)的運作功效,為促進京津冀物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)有序發(fā)展,必須合理制定協(xié)同發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,通過彌補三地物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展不足、制定戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、建設(shè)產(chǎn)業(yè)基地及組建合作聯(lián)盟等來實現(xiàn)共享式增長。
[Abstract]:In order to better promote the integration process of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, in order to better promote the integration process of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, it is urgent to coordinate the top layer design of the Internet of things industry to determine the three place function positioning, integrate the industrial resources and achieve synergistic development. In the first place, it is necessary to construct the cooperative evaluation index system of the IOT industry in order to better measure the synergy of the complex system of the IOT industry in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. According to the analysis of the data of the Internet of things listed companies in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei from 2010 to 2016, it is found that Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and the Hebei Internet of things industry are in a low level synergistic state. Among them, the industrial scale and R & D ability of the IOT industry in Beijing are higher, but the level of perceived manufacturing and application services needs to be improved; the Tianjin application service is to be improved. The development is better, the basis of perception manufacturing and communication is the direction for future promotion. Hebei needs to improve the overall perception of manufacturing, application service, total scale and R & D capability. The coordination degree of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei IOT industry complex system is in the low level of coordination. Beijing Hebei, Tianjin Hebei cooperation coefficient fluctuates greatly, and the coordination difficulty of three places is difficult. In view of the interaction and cooperation between the subsystems will affect the operation efficiency of the whole system, in order to promote the orderly development of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei Internet of things industry, it is necessary to make a rational development of the cooperative development strategy, by making up for the shortage of the three Internet of things industry, making strategic planning, building the production base and forming a cooperative alliance to achieve the shared increase.
