企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略選擇的情緒基礎(chǔ):基于IT服務(wù)供應(yīng)商的多案例研究

【摘要】:本研究采用多案例對(duì)比的方法 ,以戰(zhàn)略選擇模型為理論視角,通過(guò)分析四家IT服務(wù)供應(yīng)商運(yùn)營(yíng)能力的構(gòu)建和戰(zhàn)略選擇的演化過(guò)程,來(lái)揭示不同的情緒基礎(chǔ)影響戰(zhàn)略選擇的機(jī)制以及原因。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):當(dāng)供應(yīng)商對(duì)細(xì)分市場(chǎng)懷有正面情緒基礎(chǔ)時(shí),傾向于采取探索戰(zhàn)略;反之,傾向于采取利用戰(zhàn)略。此外,供應(yīng)商的情緒基礎(chǔ)通過(guò)影響運(yùn)營(yíng)能力構(gòu)建過(guò)程作用于戰(zhàn)略選擇。具體而言,不同的情緒基礎(chǔ)通過(guò)影響組織注意力,進(jìn)而影響運(yùn)營(yíng)能力的構(gòu)建,即慣例構(gòu)建和運(yùn)營(yíng)能力組裝兩個(gè)子過(guò)程,最終導(dǎo)致不同戰(zhàn)略選擇。本研究的理論貢獻(xiàn)在于,定義并操作化了"情緒基礎(chǔ)"這一概念,并且從供應(yīng)商的視角,探討了個(gè)體層面的情緒對(duì)組織層面戰(zhàn)略選擇與能力開(kāi)發(fā)的影響機(jī)制。本文的管理啟示在于,面對(duì)動(dòng)蕩的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,服務(wù)外包供應(yīng)商需關(guān)注組織情緒基礎(chǔ)對(duì)戰(zhàn)略決策的影響,發(fā)揮組織情緒基礎(chǔ)的作用,以形成更有效的戰(zhàn)略選擇。
[Abstract]:This study adopts the method of multi-case comparison, taking the strategic choice model as the theoretical perspective, through the analysis of the four IT service providers' operation ability construction and the evolution process of strategic choice. To reveal the different emotional basis to influence the strategic choice of the mechanism and reasons. It is found that when suppliers have a positive sentiment base on market segmentation, they tend to adopt exploratory strategy; conversely, they tend to adopt utilization strategy. In addition, the supplier's emotional base affects strategic choice by influencing the operational capacity building process. Specifically, different emotional bases affect the organization's attention and then affect the construction of operational capability, namely, the two sub-processes of routine construction and operational capability assembly, which lead to different strategic choices. The theoretical contribution of this study is that the concept of "emotional basis" is defined and operationalized, and the influence mechanism of individual emotion on strategic choice and ability development at organizational level is discussed from the perspective of supplier. The management revelation of this paper is that in the face of the turbulent market environment, service outsourcing providers should pay attention to the influence of organizational emotional basis on strategic decision-making and play the role of organizational emotional basis in order to form a more effective strategic choice.
