【摘要】：作為城市創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的新模式,智慧城市建設(shè)有利于提高資源配置效率、改進(jìn)城市治理手段、提升公共服務(wù)水平、帶動(dòng)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,是推進(jìn)新型城鎮(zhèn)化、促進(jìn)城市轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的重要途徑。中國智慧城市的建設(shè)是在政府相關(guān)部門的推動(dòng)下進(jìn)行的,在推進(jìn)路徑上注重發(fā)揮試點(diǎn)城市的典型示范作用�？傮w上看,智慧城市建設(shè)尚處于起步探索階段,建設(shè)過程中存在著基礎(chǔ)領(lǐng)域建設(shè)薄弱、體制機(jī)制創(chuàng)新不足、信息資源整合困難、資金投入不足、專業(yè)人才缺乏等問題。以智慧城市建設(shè)推動(dòng)城市轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展,應(yīng)構(gòu)建統(tǒng)籌規(guī)范、協(xié)調(diào)有力的推進(jìn)機(jī)制;加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)領(lǐng)域建設(shè),完善智慧化支撐體系;創(chuàng)新城市治理模式,突出民生服務(wù)應(yīng)用;大力發(fā)展智慧產(chǎn)業(yè),加速經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。
[Abstract]:As a new mode of urban innovation and development, the construction of intelligent city is conducive to improving the efficiency of resource allocation, improving the means of urban governance, improving the level of public services, driving the development of urban economy, and promoting a new type of urbanization. An important way to promote urban transformation and development. The construction of intelligent cities in China is carried out under the impetus of the relevant government departments, and the typical demonstration role of pilot cities is emphasized in the way of promotion. On the whole, the construction of intelligent city is still in the initial stage of exploration. In the process of construction, there are some problems, such as weak construction of basic fields, insufficient innovation of system and mechanism, difficulty of integrating information resources, insufficient investment of funds, lack of professional talents, and so on. In order to promote the urban transformation and development with the construction of intelligent city, we should construct the overall planning and standard, coordinate and promote the mechanism, strengthen the construction of basic field, perfect the support system of wisdom, innovate the mode of urban governance, and highlight the application of people's livelihood service. Vigorously develop intelligent industries and accelerate economic transformation and upgrading.
