【摘要】：摘要：在供應鏈環(huán)境下對采購管理體系進行優(yōu)化和整合,可以從以下六個主要方面提升供應鏈管理的水平：保證企業(yè)生產(chǎn)所需的流暢的物資流和物料流,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的正常運轉；最小化庫存和投資損失；提高并保持產(chǎn)品或服務的質量；發(fā)現(xiàn)或發(fā)展有競爭力的供應商；在條件允許的情況下,對物料進行標準化管理；增強企業(yè)競爭力等。結合供應鏈環(huán)境下的采購管理理論,對HN移動公司采購管理現(xiàn)狀進行分析時發(fā)現(xiàn),HN移動公司在供應商管理、集中化采購、采購組織結構、采購流程、采購信息化、采購管理績效評估等六個方面存在許多問題。針對這些問題,論文提出了相應的解決對策。尤其是在采購管理績效評估方面進行了研究。構建DEA模型對HN移動采購管理的效益予以評價,找出該公司采購管理投入中存在的問題,由此可以對采購投入設定具體的績效控制指標,提升HN移動公司績效管理水平。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: optimizing and integrating the purchasing management system in the supply chain environment can improve the level of supply chain management from the following six main aspects: ensuring the smooth material and material flow required by the production of the enterprise and realizing the normal operation of the enterprise; Minimize inventory and investment losses; improve and maintain the quality of products or services; identify or develop competitive suppliers; standardize the management of materials where conditions permit; enhance enterprise competitiveness, etc. Based on the purchasing management theory in supply chain environment, it is found that HN Mobile Company is in supplier management, centralized procurement, procurement organizational structure, procurement process, procurement information, when analyzing the current situation of procurement management of HN Mobile Company. There are many problems in six aspects, such as performance evaluation of purchasing management. In view of these problems, the paper puts forward the corresponding solutions. Especially in the procurement management performance evaluation has carried on the research. This paper constructs DEA model to evaluate the benefit of HN mobile purchasing management, and finds out the problems existing in the purchasing management investment of HN mobile company, which can set specific performance control indicators for purchasing investment and improve the performance management level of HN mobile company.
