【摘要】:河南電信電子運行維護系統(tǒng)是在原中國電信北方事業(yè)部統(tǒng)一管理下進行建設(shè)的,系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過一、二、三期上線后,在河南電信全省各個地、市取得了廣泛應(yīng)用,為全面提升網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行維護管理水平提供了有力支撐,是河南電信OSS領(lǐng)域的重要支撐平臺。 隨著全省維護管理工作的不斷推進,面對各種通信技術(shù)知識和維護經(jīng)驗知識的不斷積累,以往的通過各個科室自己搭建FTP服務(wù)器存儲文檔和進行內(nèi)部交流的方式已經(jīng)無法適應(yīng)電信發(fā)展的需求,急需建設(shè)一個專業(yè)的運維知識管理系統(tǒng)來對分散的資料按照專業(yè)類型、信息類型等進行分類存放,并可以給企業(yè)內(nèi)部員工提供一個共享、查詢和交流知識經(jīng)驗的平臺。 本文通過對河南電信各個科室自己搭建的FTP服務(wù)器,上傳、存儲各種文檔資料和各部門人員之間的信息、知識和經(jīng)驗的交流與傳遞不順暢的現(xiàn)狀分析,結(jié)合先進的內(nèi)容管理、搜索引擎技術(shù)和成熟的中間件產(chǎn)品來設(shè)計運維知識庫系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)作為電信電子運維系統(tǒng)新建設(shè)的一個子系統(tǒng),主要為電子運維平臺提供業(yè)務(wù)知識的存儲、管理和全文檢索等服務(wù),依靠IBM OmniFind強大的查詢不同類型的數(shù)據(jù)源和立即返回結(jié)果的能力,更好地利用企業(yè)現(xiàn)有的數(shù)據(jù)資源,快速準確地定位企業(yè)中最佳的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,從文件系統(tǒng)、內(nèi)容存儲庫、數(shù)據(jù)庫、協(xié)作系統(tǒng)、應(yīng)用程序和公司內(nèi)部網(wǎng)中存儲的大量企業(yè)信息中查找最相關(guān)的公文、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計文檔、會議紀要、維護細則、經(jīng)驗總結(jié)等資料進行管理。即整合文本搜索和傳統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫查詢技術(shù),使企業(yè)具備從數(shù)據(jù)庫記錄等結(jié)構(gòu)性數(shù)據(jù)和文件系統(tǒng)等非結(jié)構(gòu)性數(shù)據(jù)中快速搜索查詢的能力,從而實現(xiàn)知識的生成、存儲、擴散、檢索,將知識共享出來,方便維護人員經(jīng)驗的積累、進行技術(shù)資料的查找、技術(shù)問題的討論與解決。 論文研究的內(nèi)容主要包括: 1、河南電信運維知識庫系統(tǒng)建設(shè)需求的分析。 2、中國電信集團下發(fā)的相關(guān)規(guī)范和河南電信實際需求的應(yīng)用分析。 3、河南電信運維知識庫系統(tǒng)的實施建議和分析設(shè)計。 4、各中間件技術(shù)的分析、對比,以及中間件的選型。 5、河南電信運維知識庫系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu)、軟件體系架構(gòu)的設(shè)計。 6、河南電信運維知識庫系統(tǒng)軟件功能用例、原型設(shè)計、系統(tǒng)實施計劃和驗收等內(nèi)容的編寫。 7、在試運行期間,搜集用戶的問題、新需求,進行問題分析和功能增強,提出系統(tǒng)改進建議; 8、對結(jié)構(gòu)化數(shù)據(jù)和非結(jié)構(gòu)化數(shù)據(jù)等不同數(shù)據(jù)源數(shù)據(jù)的爬取、收集、分析的具體實現(xiàn)的研究。
[Abstract]:The electronic operation and maintenance system of Henan Telecom was built under the unified management of the former China Telecom Northern Division. After the first, second, and third phases of the line, the system has been widely used in all places and cities of Henan Telecom Province. It is an important supporting platform in the field of OSS of Henan Telecom, which provides a strong support for improving the level of network operation and maintenance management in an all-round way. With the continuous development of maintenance management in the whole province, facing the accumulation of various kinds of communication technology knowledge and maintenance experience knowledge, In the past, the way of setting up FTP server to store documents and carry out internal communication has been unable to meet the needs of telecommunication development, so it is urgent to build a professional operation and maintenance knowledge management system to distribute the data according to the professional type. The information types are classified and stored, and can provide a platform for sharing, querying and exchanging knowledge and experience. This paper analyzes the current situation that the exchange and transfer of information, knowledge and experience between the personnel of various departments and departments are not smooth through the FTP server set up by the departments of Henan Telecom, and combines the advanced content management. Search engine technology and mature middleware products to design operations and maintenance knowledge base system. As a new subsystem of telecommunication electronic operation and maintenance system, this system mainly provides the service of business knowledge storage, management and full-text retrieval for electronic operation and maintenance platform. Relying on IBM OmniFind's powerful ability of querying different types of data sources and returning results immediately, we can make better use of existing data resources in enterprises, quickly and accurately locate the best relevant content in enterprises, from file systems, content repositories, databases, Cooperation systems, applications and large amounts of corporate information stored in the company's intranet to find the most relevant documents, system design documents, meeting minutes, maintenance rules, experience summary and other information for management. The integration of text search and traditional database query technology enables enterprises to quickly search and query from structural data such as database records and non-structural data such as file systems, thus realizing the generation, storage and diffusion of knowledge. Retrieval, knowledge sharing, convenient maintenance personnel experience accumulation, technical information search, technical issues discussed and resolved. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. The requirement analysis of Henan Telecom Operation and maintenance knowledge Base system. 2, China Telecom Group issued the relevant norms and Henan Telecom actual needs of the application analysis. 3. The implementation suggestion and analysis design of Henan Telecom Operation and maintenance knowledge Base system. 4, the analysis and comparison of each middleware technology, as well as the selection of middleware. 5. The architecture of Henan Telecom Operation and maintenance knowledge Base system and the design of software architecture. 6. Compiling the software function case, prototype design, system implementation plan and acceptance of Henan Telecom Operation and maintenance knowledge Base system. 7, during the trial run, collect the user's problems, new requirements, problem analysis and function enhancement, and put forward the system improvement suggestions; 8. Research on crawling, collection and analysis of different data sources such as structured data and unstructured data.
