【摘要】：針對如何實現(xiàn)備品備件的快速響應、提高資源利用率這一當前的新課題,對備件物流管理特點、模式等進行分析,提出備件物流集約化管理的一些思路和相關對策。
[Abstract]:In view of how to realize the rapid response of spare parts and improve the utilization rate of resources, this paper analyzes the characteristics and modes of spare parts logistics management, and puts forward some ideas and relevant countermeasures for the intensive management of spare parts logistics.
