【摘要】：近年來,以分享經(jīng)濟(jì)為代表的新業(yè)態(tài)、新動能日漸興起,成為供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的重要組成部分。然而在分享經(jīng)濟(jì)爆發(fā)式增長的背后,隱藏著對分享經(jīng)濟(jì)本質(zhì)內(nèi)涵的誤讀、資本逐利性的泛濫,以及規(guī)制手段的匱乏,這阻礙著分享經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康發(fā)展。本文聚焦分享經(jīng)濟(jì)認(rèn)識論的三大理論問題,從學(xué)理上厘清分享經(jīng)濟(jì)與租賃經(jīng)濟(jì)、平臺經(jīng)濟(jì)和禮物經(jīng)濟(jì)的異同,揭示分享經(jīng)濟(jì)的本質(zhì)特征;并從分享的參與主體和分享標(biāo)的物的交易風(fēng)險(xiǎn)兩個(gè)維度,結(jié)合實(shí)際案例,構(gòu)建分享經(jīng)濟(jì)的理論譜系;比較分享經(jīng)濟(jì)B2C和C2C模式的差異性與互補(bǔ)性,辨析不同模式的規(guī)律與價(jià)值。結(jié)合上述分析成果,分別從指導(dǎo)原則、總體思路、實(shí)踐目標(biāo)、主要方式和技術(shù)條件五個(gè)方面,提出促進(jìn)我國分享經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的規(guī)制建議,為進(jìn)一步推動我國分享經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, new forms of business, represented by sharing economy, have become an important part of supply-side structural reform. However, behind the exploding growth of the sharing economy, the misreading of the essence of the sharing economy, the overflow of the capital for profit, and the lack of the means of regulation are hindering the healthy development of the sharing economy. This paper focuses on the three theoretical problems of sharing economy epistemology, clarifies the similarities and differences between sharing economy and leasing economy, platform economy and gift economy, and reveals the essential characteristics of sharing economy. From the two dimensions of the subject of sharing and the transaction risk of the subject matter of sharing, the theoretical genealogy of sharing economy is constructed, and the differences and complementarities of B2C and C2C modes of sharing economy are compared, and the law and value of different models are analyzed. Combined with the above analysis results, respectively from the guiding principles, general ideas, practical objectives, the main ways and technical conditions to promote the development of China's shared economic regulation proposals. To further promote the healthy development of China's sharing economy to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance.
