【摘要】：當(dāng)前,我國(guó)公有云服務(wù)持續(xù)高速增長(zhǎng),覆蓋云計(jì)算產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的軟硬件技術(shù)體系已形成,云計(jì)算服務(wù)從電子商務(wù)、游戲視頻等領(lǐng)域向金融、政府、能源、交通、制造、醫(yī)療、教育等領(lǐng)域不斷延伸,我國(guó)已成為云計(jì)算應(yīng)用最具發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ膰?guó)家。但我國(guó)云計(jì)算在規(guī)�；l(fā)展和深層次應(yīng)用方面還存在服務(wù)市場(chǎng)規(guī)模較小,服務(wù)種類附加值較低;開(kāi)源技術(shù)掌控力尚不足,軟硬件產(chǎn)品性能和云服務(wù)能力不強(qiáng);數(shù)據(jù)中心重復(fù)建設(shè)和資源浪費(fèi)現(xiàn)象較為嚴(yán)重;應(yīng)用和發(fā)展環(huán)境有待繼續(xù)優(yōu)化等問(wèn)題。應(yīng)通過(guò)加快制定和完善相關(guān)法律法規(guī)、建立健全云計(jì)算應(yīng)用推廣工作機(jī)制、優(yōu)化云計(jì)算應(yīng)用和發(fā)展環(huán)境、全面提升云計(jì)算服務(wù)能力、加大云計(jì)算服務(wù)推廣力度等措施推動(dòng)云計(jì)算的應(yīng)用和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, China's public cloud services continue to grow at a high speed, and the software and hardware technology system covering the cloud computing industry chain has been formed. Cloud computing services have shifted from e-commerce, game video and other fields to finance, government, energy, transportation, manufacturing, medical care, etc. Education and other fields continue to extend, and China has become the most promising country for cloud computing applications. However, there are still some problems in cloud computing in China, such as the small scale of service market, the low added value of service, the insufficient control of open source technology, the weak performance of software and hardware products and the poor capability of cloud service. The problems of data center construction and resource waste are serious, and the application and development environment need to be optimized. We should speed up the formulation and improvement of relevant laws and regulations, establish and improve the cloud computing application promotion mechanism, optimize the cloud computing application and development environment, and comprehensively enhance the cloud computing service capability. Increase cloud computing service promotion and other measures to promote the application and development of cloud computing.
