【摘要】：比特幣的出現(xiàn)是虛擬貨幣領(lǐng)域的一次重大創(chuàng)新,分布式設(shè)計的比特幣系統(tǒng)破天荒地將虛擬貨幣發(fā)行權(quán)分享給了眾多用戶,而且能依靠特殊算法避免超發(fā)等問題,基于密碼學(xué)的設(shè)計則明確了每一比特幣的所有權(quán)、保障了流通交易的安全保密,開源軟件和分布式的P2P對等網(wǎng)絡(luò)的應(yīng)用更是使系統(tǒng)的運行規(guī)則無法被少數(shù)人改變。當然,這一新生事物的推廣導(dǎo)致了激烈的爭議,反對者提出的一些觀點也反映出了比特幣的潛在風(fēng)險和缺陷,本文結(jié)合比特幣的原理、應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀以及相關(guān)的爭議和問題,為比特幣的監(jiān)管工作提出了若干不成熟建議。
[Abstract]:The emergence of Bitcoin is a major innovation in the field of virtual currency. The distributed Bitcoin system shares the right to issue virtual currency to many users for the first time, and can rely on special algorithms to avoid problems such as overissuing. The design based on cryptography clarifies the ownership of every bitcoin and guarantees the security and confidentiality of the circulation transactions. The application of open source software and distributed P2P network makes the system's running rules can not be changed by a few people. Of course, the promotion of this new thing has led to fierce controversy, and some viewpoints put forward by opponents also reflect the potential risks and defects of Bitcoin. This paper combines the principle of bitcoin, the current application situation, and related disputes and problems. Some immature suggestions have been made for the regulation of Bitcoin.
