【摘要】：隨著信息社會(huì)的到來,企業(yè)之間的競爭越來越激烈,如何能夠快速高效、低成本而高質(zhì)量地推出滿足不同用戶需求的產(chǎn)品,成為眾多企業(yè)追求和發(fā)展的目標(biāo)。IPD(集成產(chǎn)品開發(fā))作為一套產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的模式、理念與方法,是項(xiàng)目管理理論在企業(yè)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)管理中的典型應(yīng)用。CMMI(能力成熟度模型集成)作為側(cè)重于軟件開發(fā)過程的管理及工程能力的提高與評估模型,給眾多涉及軟件開發(fā)的企業(yè)帶來了巨大的利潤。IPD(?)CMMI已經(jīng)成為IT界最為有效的管理方法而被推崇。本文以IPD和CMMI理論模型和方法為依據(jù),在剖析大唐公司現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程存在問題及原因分析后,提出針對大唐公司無線產(chǎn)品開發(fā)模式改進(jìn)的方案,以期新的無線產(chǎn)品開發(fā)模式成為大唐公司引入IPD和CMMI的成功案例,為后續(xù)大唐公司全面推行IPD和CMMI打下堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。 本文首先介紹項(xiàng)目管理、IPD(?)CMMI目關(guān)理論,淺談了IPD不和CMMI在國內(nèi)外企業(yè)的實(shí)踐現(xiàn)狀及作用。接著,重點(diǎn)介紹了大唐公司無線產(chǎn)品IPD(?)CMMI融合的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)模式設(shè)計(jì)方案,并以該產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程為例,結(jié)合IPD(?)CMMI理論,對該產(chǎn)品從概念階段、計(jì)劃階段、開發(fā)階段、驗(yàn)證階段、發(fā)布階段和生命周期管理階段等各階段的理思路、過程控制展開系列研究,形成相應(yīng)的保障措施,確保IPD(?)CMMI在無線產(chǎn)品開發(fā)管理中的應(yīng)用達(dá)到預(yù)期效果。 本文以國有企業(yè)大唐公司為背景,對其傳統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)管理現(xiàn)狀及問題分析后,創(chuàng)造性地提出了以IPD為核心框架、融合CMMI過程管理的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)模式,以使理論與實(shí)踐達(dá)到較好銜接與應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the information society, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. How to quickly and efficiently, low-cost and high-quality products to meet the needs of different users, IPD (Integrated Product Development) as a set of models, concepts and methods of product development. It is a typical application of project management theory in enterprise product R & D management. CMMI (capability maturity Model Integration) is a model focusing on the management of software development process and the improvement and evaluation of engineering capability. CMMI has become one of the most effective management methods in IT industry, which brings huge profits to many enterprises involved in software development. Based on the theoretical models and methods of IPD and CMMI, this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes in the current product development process of Datang Company, and puts forward a scheme to improve the wireless product development mode of Datang Company. It is expected that the new wireless product development model will become the successful case of Datang Company introducing IPD and CMMI, and lay a solid foundation for the follow-up Datang Company to implement IPD and CMMI in an all-round way. This paper first introduces the theory of IPD disharmony and CMMI in domestic and foreign enterprises. Then, the paper introduces the design scheme of the product development pattern of Datang wireless product IPD(?)CMMI fusion, and taking the product development process as an example, combined with the IPD(?)CMMI theory, from the concept stage, the plan stage, the development stage, the verification stage, In order to ensure that the application of IPD(?)CMMI in wireless product development and management can achieve the desired results, the rational thinking and process control of each stage, such as release phase and life cycle management phase, are carried out in a series of studies to form the corresponding safeguard measures to ensure the application of IPD(?)CMMI in wireless product development and management. This paper takes Datang Company, a state-owned enterprise, as the background, after analyzing the current situation and problems of traditional product development management, creatively puts forward a product development model which integrates CMMI process management with IPD as the core frame. In order to make the theory and practice to achieve better convergence and application.
