【摘要】：正信息化背景下安全警戒的疆界已經(jīng)拓展到了全時(shí)空,需要比拼的更多是技術(shù)、智力和對(duì)新安全環(huán)境的適應(yīng)力。我們有必要更新傳統(tǒng)的安全觀(guān)念,將來(lái)自網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間的新威脅,納入國(guó)家的安全戰(zhàn)略籌劃中
