【摘要】：正提升現(xiàn)代治理能力需要借鑒整合互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維,官員要善用網(wǎng)絡(luò),和時代同步,甚至需要激活超越時代的歷史敏銳性移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的爆炸性增長帶來了公眾消費信息的巨變。這種巨變既體現(xiàn)在日常生活中,比如地鐵上目不轉(zhuǎn)睛盯著手機的年輕人,也體現(xiàn)在深層次的社會思潮變遷中,比如最近兩年大家常談到的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維、大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)和自媒體等等概念�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)思維對社會的正向作用,不僅僅限于思想討論層面,更已進(jìn)入行為實踐層次�；ヂ�(lián)
[Abstract]:In order to improve the modern governance ability, we need to learn from and integrate the Internet thinking. Officials want to make good use of the network, synchronize with the times, and even need to activate the explosive growth of the historical sharp mobile Internet beyond the times, which has brought great changes to the public consumption information.
