【摘要】：隨著信息科技的快速發(fā)展,移動支付、可信云計算、區(qū)塊鏈等新技術(shù)的推出,中央銀行發(fā)行的傳統(tǒng)紙質(zhì)貨幣面臨著許多新的挑戰(zhàn),數(shù)字貨幣可能成為未來貨幣發(fā)行、支付模式的發(fā)展方向。本文在理論層面,梳理了數(shù)字貨幣概念、理念發(fā)展,總結(jié)了理想的數(shù)字貨幣需要具備的特征;在技術(shù)層面,在對區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)進(jìn)行辯證分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出數(shù)字貨幣系統(tǒng)應(yīng)兼收并蓄包括區(qū)塊鏈在內(nèi)的各種成熟技術(shù);在實踐層面,在總結(jié)若干需要重點考慮問題的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了構(gòu)建中國法定數(shù)字貨幣的設(shè)計要點。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, the introduction of new technologies such as mobile payment, trusted cloud computing, block chain and so on, the traditional paper currency issued by the central bank is facing many new challenges. Digital money may become the currency issue in the future. The development direction of payment mode. At the theoretical level, this paper combs the concept and concept development of digital money, summarizes the characteristics of the ideal digital money, at the technical level, on the basis of the dialectical analysis of block chain technology, It is proposed that the digital money system should include all kinds of mature technologies including block chain, and on the practical level, on the basis of summing up some problems that need to be considered emphatically, the design points of constructing Chinese legal digital currency are put forward.
