【摘要】：20世紀80年代中期后,中國通信行業(yè)進入了高速增長期,原有的項目管理體系己漸漸不能滿足市場發(fā)展的需要。隨著電信市場競爭的加劇,對運營商項目建設的成本、進度、資源控制提出了更高的要求。以提高企業(yè)工作效率為重點的項目管理被提到新疆移動的管理目程中來,并正逐漸形成一種全新競爭能力。為了滿足新疆移動項目管理體系化發(fā)展的需求,本文進行了新疆移動項目管理體系與運作模式的研究。 論文首先闡述了國內外項目管理的現(xiàn)狀,并分析了項目管理的相關理論；接著,結合新疆移動培訓中心改造項目的實際情況,利用項目管理生命周期理論對新疆移動培訓中心改造工程項目管理應用模式進行科學的分析和客觀的評價,最后分析得出經(jīng)驗和思考,對新疆移動項目建設的管理活動提供可操作的建議。
[Abstract]:After the middle of the 1980s, Chinese communication industry has entered a period of rapid growth, the original project management system has been gradually unable to meet the needs of market development. Along with the telecommunication market competition, operators of the project cost, schedule, resource control put forward higher requirements. In order to improve the work efficiency of the enterprise project management as the key is mentioned Xinjiang mobile management process to, and gradually formed a new competition ability. In order to meet the development of management system of Xinjiang mobile project, this paper studies Xinjiang mobile project management system and operation mode.
Firstly, this paper expounds the present situation of domestic and foreign project management, and analyses the related theories of project management; then, combined with the actual situation of the transformation project of Xinjiang mobile training center, the project management life cycle theory of Xinjiang Mobile Training Center renovation project management should be scientific analysis and objective evaluation model, finally analysis experience and thinking, provide practical suggestions for Xinjiang mobile project management activities.
