【摘要】：在美國第45任總統(tǒng)大選期間,特朗普即與美國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)界交惡。特朗普上任之后,即對美國的網(wǎng)絡(luò)中立原則、網(wǎng)絡(luò)消費(fèi)補(bǔ)貼、網(wǎng)絡(luò)隱私等相關(guān)政策進(jìn)行了修改,可以預(yù)期,在未來一段時間內(nèi),美國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)政策將會有大幅度的修改。我國應(yīng)抓住機(jī)會,積極引進(jìn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)人才、推進(jìn)人工智能等方面的技術(shù)研發(fā)、推進(jìn)中國芯戰(zhàn)略、謀求與美國在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)方面的進(jìn)一步合作。
[Abstract]:During the 45 th presidential election, Trump had a bad relationship with the American Internet.Since Trump took office, he has made changes to U.S. policies on cyber neutrality, online consumer subsidies, and online privacy, which can be expected to be substantially revised in the coming years.China should seize the opportunity to actively introduce Internet talents, promote artificial intelligence and other technological research and development, promote the core strategy of China, and seek further cooperation with the United States in the area of Internet economy.
