【摘要】：【目的】在"共同擁有而不占有"的共享經(jīng)濟(jì)理念下,探索如何優(yōu)化供需方的服務(wù)�！痉椒ā颗廊�"小豬短租"的用戶數(shù)據(jù),利用二模網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析工具Ucinet探究用戶位置演變,結(jié)合一模網(wǎng)絡(luò)中用戶復(fù)雜關(guān)系,構(gòu)建固定效應(yīng)模型分析個體中心度對相連用戶交易行為的影響程度�！窘Y(jié)果】度數(shù)中心度會正相關(guān)顯著影響相連用戶行為,而房東中介中心度顯著影響房客消費行為,核心房客中介中心度顯著影響房東訂單供應(yīng)行為。【局限】主要針對互動性強(qiáng)的用戶采取滾雪球抽樣,無法完全體現(xiàn)整個關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)的特點。【結(jié)論】為了促進(jìn)小豬短租因交易行為構(gòu)建的社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)活躍,應(yīng)鼓勵用戶充當(dāng)消費者,并主動參與其中作為服務(wù)提供商。
[Abstract]:[objective] to explore how to optimize the service of the supply and demand side under the shared economy concept of "shared ownership but not possession". [methods] to explore the evolution of user location using Ucinet, a two-mode network analysis tool, was used to explore the evolution of user position by crawling the user data of "Pig short Rent".Combined with the complex relationship of users in one-mode network, a fixed-effect model is constructed to analyze the degree of influence of individual centrality on the transaction behavior of connected users. [results] the degree of centrality will positively and significantly affect the behavior of connected users.The landlord intermediary center degree significantly affects the tenant's consumption behavior, and the core tenant intermediary center degree significantly affects the landlord's order supply behavior. [limitation] mainly for the interactive users to take snowball sampling,[conclusion] in order to promote the active social network of short lease due to transaction behavior, users should be encouraged to act as consumers and participate as service providers.
