【摘要】：利用隨機(jī)前沿生產(chǎn)函數(shù)法(SFA)、數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)法(DEA)和Malmquist指數(shù)法對(duì)中國(guó)31個(gè)省市信息服務(wù)業(yè)技術(shù)效率進(jìn)行測(cè)算和比較的基礎(chǔ)上,選取SFA的測(cè)算結(jié)果,采用空間計(jì)量模型對(duì)信息服務(wù)業(yè)技術(shù)效率影響因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。研究表明,中國(guó)信息服務(wù)業(yè)技術(shù)效率較低,各地區(qū)間差異較大;人力資本、產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度、全員勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率和對(duì)外開(kāi)放度對(duì)信息服務(wù)業(yè)技術(shù)效率有顯著的促進(jìn)作用,科技創(chuàng)新的影響不顯著。
[Abstract]:On the basis of measuring and comparing the technical efficiency of information service industry in 31 provinces and cities in China by means of stochastic frontier production function method, data envelopment method and Malmquist index method, the results of SFA calculation are selected.An empirical study on the factors affecting the technical efficiency of information service industry is carried out by using the spatial econometric model.The research shows that the technical efficiency of China's information service industry is relatively low, and there are great differences among different regions, and that human capital, industrial concentration, labor productivity and opening to the outside world play a significant role in promoting the technical efficiency of information service industry.The impact of scientific and technological innovation is not significant.
