【摘要】：企業(yè)在經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展中，組織結(jié)構(gòu)不會(huì)是一成不變的。隨著外部和內(nèi)部的環(huán)境變化，企業(yè)不得不進(jìn)行組織變革。組織的變革，又必然引起企業(yè)其他方面的變化。例如：管理流程，管理層級(jí)，信息系統(tǒng)等。 目前，信息系統(tǒng)對(duì)于一個(gè)企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)，發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越大的作用。組織的變革必然引起信息系統(tǒng)的變化。 首先，本文敘述了滾石移動(dòng)集團(tuán)組織變革和信息系統(tǒng)重構(gòu)的研究背景，并且對(duì)研究的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了綜述。 其次，本文分析了滾石移動(dòng)集團(tuán)的現(xiàn)狀，包括：組織結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀，企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀，企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀以及企業(yè)面臨的外部市場(chǎng)環(huán)境的變化。通過(guò)針對(duì)現(xiàn)狀的分析，指出滾石移動(dòng)集團(tuán)發(fā)展面臨的問(wèn)題和應(yīng)該采取的應(yīng)對(duì)策略。 再次，本文根據(jù)組織變革理論分析了滾石移動(dòng)集團(tuán)組織變革的實(shí)施和組織變革帶來(lái)的影響。同時(shí)，組織變革對(duì)信息系統(tǒng)提出了新的要求，伴隨著組織變革，信息系統(tǒng)必須進(jìn)行重構(gòu)。信息系統(tǒng)重構(gòu)是一個(gè)IT項(xiàng)目，企業(yè)必須依據(jù)項(xiàng)目管理的理論和工具，進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目管理。筆者進(jìn)一步分析了信息系統(tǒng)重構(gòu)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施管理工作。 最后，本文針對(duì)組織變革和信息系統(tǒng)重構(gòu)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和展望，指出滾石移動(dòng)集團(tuán)組織變革后，，組織結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。同時(shí)，筆者闡述了滾石移動(dòng)集團(tuán)的信息化工作，還需要進(jìn)一步完善的領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:In the development of enterprises, the organizational structure will not be static. With the change of external and internal environment, enterprises have to carry out organizational transformation. Organizational change will inevitably lead to other aspects of business change. For example, management process, management level, information system and so on.
At present, the information system is playing a more and more important role for an enterprise. The change of the organization will inevitably lead to the change of information system.
First of all, this paper describes the research background of the organizational change and information system reconstruction of the rolling stone mobile group, and summarizes the related theories of the research.
Secondly, this paper analyzes the current situation, the rolling stones mobile group include: the status of the organizational structure, business situation, change facing situation and business enterprise information system construction of the external market environment. Through the analysis of the present situation, pointed out that facing the development of the rolling stones mobile group problems and Countermeasures should be taken.
Again, according to the organizational change theory to analyze the impact of organizational change and implementation of Rock Mobile Group organizational change. At the same time, organization reform puts forward new requirements for the information system, with the organizational change, information system must be reconstructed. The reconfiguration of information system is a IT project, the enterprise must be based on the theory of project management and tools for project management. The author analyzes the information system reconstruction project implementation management.
Finally, this paper summarizes and looks forward to organizational transformation and information system reconstruction. It points out the development trend of organizational structure after rolling stone mobile group transformation. At the same time, the author expounds the information work of rolling stone mobile group and needs further improvement.
