【摘要】：隨著共享時(shí)代的來臨,數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速、前景廣闊。發(fā)展數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)是新常態(tài)下實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級、引領(lǐng)國家創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的重要動能。數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)對共享經(jīng)濟(jì)走上數(shù)字化高速發(fā)展道路、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)型社會目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)、共享時(shí)代產(chǎn)業(yè)的培育和發(fā)展、我國共享經(jīng)濟(jì)成為全球經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新亮點(diǎn)有著巨大推動作用。共享時(shí)代數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)呈現(xiàn)出新的發(fā)展趨勢:大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)成為發(fā)展重點(diǎn);商業(yè)模式重構(gòu)成為發(fā)展特征;以數(shù)字化服務(wù)平臺為基礎(chǔ)實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)字資源共享成為發(fā)展路徑;資源性、融合性、技術(shù)性、服務(wù)性成為發(fā)展方向。為保障共享時(shí)代數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)健康發(fā)展,需要把數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)納入頂層發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,加強(qiáng)監(jiān)管,保護(hù)信息安全和消費(fèi)者利益,鼓勵共享經(jīng)濟(jì)深度擴(kuò)展、推動傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)向數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型,構(gòu)建政策扶持平臺及新型融資模式,加強(qiáng)國際國內(nèi)合作、拓寬數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)市場需求空間。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the sharing era, the digital economy has developed rapidly and has broad prospects. The development of the digital economy is to realize the economic transformation and upgrading under the new normal. Leading the national innovation and development of important kinetic energy. Digital economy on the sharing economy on the road of high-speed digital development, innovative and entrepreneurial society to achieve the goal, sharing era of industry cultivation and development, The sharing economy of our country becomes the new bright spot of the global economic development has the huge impetus function. The digital economy of the sharing era presents the new development trend: big data industry becomes the development focal point, the business model reconstruction becomes the development characteristic; On the basis of digital service platform, the realization of digital resource sharing becomes the development path, the resource, fusion, technology and service become the development direction, in order to ensure the healthy development of the digital economy in the sharing era, It is necessary to integrate the digital economy into the top-level development strategy, strengthen supervision, protect information security and consumer interests, encourage the deep expansion of the shared economy, promote the digital transformation of traditional enterprises, and build policy support platforms and new financing models. Strengthen international and domestic cooperation to broaden the space for demand in the digital economy market.
