【摘要】：生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)涉及大量信息處理和交互,強(qiáng)大的信息通信技術(shù)是支撐生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)健康發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)條件。實(shí)證分析顯示:中國(guó)生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)ICT產(chǎn)業(yè)依賴度在十個(gè)大型經(jīng)濟(jì)體中最高,對(duì)ICT制造業(yè)依賴度也最高,但對(duì)ICT服務(wù)業(yè)依賴度偏低;中國(guó)生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)的年均產(chǎn)出增長(zhǎng)有超過9%的比例可被ICT產(chǎn)業(yè)中間投入所解釋,在大型經(jīng)濟(jì)體中,中國(guó)ICT產(chǎn)業(yè)中間投入對(duì)生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)權(quán)重最大,ICT制造業(yè)中間投入對(duì)生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)權(quán)重也最大,但I(xiàn)CT服務(wù)業(yè)中間投入對(duì)生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)權(quán)重偏小。應(yīng)當(dāng)從戰(zhàn)略高度重視生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)的信息化發(fā)展問題,確保ICT硬投入和軟投入的穩(wěn)定供給,鼓勵(lì)生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)樹立互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維,積極與"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"相結(jié)合,同時(shí)需注意消除阻礙信息化軟投入的體制性因素。
[Abstract]:The production service industry involves a large amount of information processing and interaction, and powerful information and communication technology is the basic condition to support the healthy development of the production service industry. Empirical analysis shows that China's production service industry is the most dependent on ICT industry in 10 large economies. China's manufacturing sector is also the most dependent on ICT manufacturing, but is less dependent on ICT services; China's annual output growth of more than 9% can be explained by the ICT industry's intermediate inputs, in large economies. The contribution of intermediate input of ICT industry to the growth of production service industry in China is the largest, and the contribution of intermediate input of manufacturing industry to the growth of production service industry is also the largest. However, the contribution of intermediate input of ICT service industry to the growth of production service industry is on the low side. We should attach great importance to the development of information technology in production service industry from a strategic perspective to ensure the stable supply of hard input and soft input of ICT. The production and service industry should be encouraged to set up the Internet thinking and combine actively with the Internet. At the same time, we should pay attention to eliminating the institutional factors that hinder the soft input of information technology.
