【摘要】：大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代是將數(shù)據(jù)視為核心資產(chǎn)的時(shí)代,人類(lèi)的政治行為是高度數(shù)據(jù)化的。大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)引發(fā)了中國(guó)國(guó)家和社會(huì)治理領(lǐng)域的深刻變革,為中國(guó)政治學(xué)研究提供了全新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。另一方面,大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)容易導(dǎo)致數(shù)據(jù)崇拜,中國(guó)政治學(xué)研究可能面臨定性研究與定量研究、數(shù)據(jù)分析和理論建構(gòu)兩張皮的困境�；跀�(shù)據(jù)安全容易導(dǎo)致政治數(shù)據(jù)的開(kāi)放性與透明度不足,影響數(shù)據(jù)信度與效度,不利于政治學(xué)者對(duì)中國(guó)政治現(xiàn)象的準(zhǔn)確把握。因此,大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的中國(guó)政治學(xué)發(fā)展既要強(qiáng)化學(xué)科建設(shè)和基礎(chǔ)理論研究,更要從國(guó)家層面將政治大數(shù)據(jù)上升為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略,提供學(xué)科大發(fā)展與大繁榮的政策支持和資金扶持,為中國(guó)政治學(xué)研究打造更高更好的數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)政治發(fā)展與政治學(xué)學(xué)科發(fā)展之間的良性互動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:Big data's era was one in which data was regarded as a core asset, and human political behavior was highly digitalized. Big data technology triggered profound changes in China's state and social governance. On the other hand, big data's technology can easily lead to data worship, and Chinese political science research may be faced with qualitative and quantitative research. The dilemma of data analysis and theoretical construction. Based on data security, it is easy to lead to the lack of openness and transparency of political data, which affects the reliability and validity of data, and is not conducive to the political scholars' accurate grasp of Chinese political phenomena. The development of Chinese political science in big data's time is not only to strengthen discipline construction and basic theoretical research, but also to upgrade political big data into a national strategy at the national level, and to provide policy support and financial support for the great development and prosperity of the discipline. To create a higher and better data platform for the study of Chinese political science, and to realize the benign interaction between the political development of China and the development of political science.
